Great experience with Mel-o-Air All around! Easy to get through to A REAL LIVE PERSON, scheduled appointment quickly with email and text reminders and updates on the tech’s arrival time. Arrived as scheduled and John was amazing at both cleaning our furnace and diagnosing the issue we were having. The communication and office staff were also friendly and efficient… the needed part was ordered and fixed quickly keeping us warm & cozy for the rest of the winter. Have been bad about scheduling our maintenance consistently but plan to have them back to do an annual check on our air conditioners as well this spring. FIVE STARS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND MEL-O-AIR. It is hard to find honest people and customer service like this now-a-days! Truly grateful!

In 2006, I paid $$$$ to have the latest system installed by another company. Was told I could not get a humidifier because it wouldn’t fit. Asked other dealers and they agreed it wouldn’t fit. Had to use stand alone.

John came on time, was courteous and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problems and fixed them. What more do you need?

Thanks to the great communication between the call center and the technicians, John L. came out quickly for an emergency service call during the Fourth of July weekend and fixed the issue causing no AC. John methodically worked through the layers of possibilities trying to identify the root of the problem, which he eventually did. Air conditioning was restored and our home was back to normal. I have two furnaces, two AC’s, all from different companies, and Stone can handle all thoroughly and efficiently. Plus he called my attention to a plumbing issue in the area. Good catch.

Technicians installed a bypass humidifier. Job took 90 minutes. They seemed very knowledgeable about the equipment and competent.
