Did a good job but 800 just for labor was a bit much, if I wasn't freezing in my house and I was able to get the parts myself within a day I would've done it myself. Good work but pretty steep free for 30 min of work

On Tuesday Trevor came to install an Aprilaire whole house humidifier. Spent about 5 hours. Went above & beyond. Went back to the shop for a piece of sheet metal to make for a better installation. Replaced some of the existing wires. Also replaced a water valve from the hot water tank. Explained how to use the system. Could not be happier with his work & professionalism.

Pete came to service our system and install a new thermostat. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time setting up the thermostat and making sure I knew how to reset it. He was honest with his advice on our older furnace. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC maintenance/repair/replacement.

I cannot say enough good things about the service from Borter! I was able to schedule an appt, have a technician to my house, and the issue repaired at a reasonable price in a matter of 2 hours. I cannot believe the punctuality, professionalism, and ease of this service. I will look no further with future heating/cooling concerns.

One of the best service call experiences I've ever had. Pete diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was wrong, what caused it, and the necessary fix. He also discovered that our system was not configured correctly by the installers (who we first tried calling for assistance, but were never called back). Our system runs better than brand new! We had no idea that it wasn't normal for it to be so loud. Very grateful. Excellent service and detailed writeup in the invoice.

They were very friendly and fast. Service technician was able to detect my issue right away and resolve. Would recommend to anyone, will use for future appointments. New furnace and hot water tank installed in one day. Everything is working great.

The tech that came to our house was very polite and respectful. He explained an issue with our furnace but gave us options. He was not pushy at all even though our furnace is 20 years old! It was easy to get an appointment too.

A truly fantastic company. They replaced two furnaces for our home, did wonderful work, were very attentive-to-detail, made sure that everything was done with the utmost quality. I signed up for the service maintenance contract for my 2 HVAC systems and humidifier. My service technician was very good and cleaned and tested both furnaces quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and friendly. Borter installed my furnaces and AC units a few years back and did it very neatly and professionally. I would recommend them highly.

Called at 9 am due to no heat and the office stated they could have someone out between noon and 2 pm. The service technician Jeremy arrived at Noon and was great. His attention to detail and thoroughness was exemplary and he was very professional. Communication by the office and from him was outstanding. My 24 year old water heater broke Sunday. Climate Champions came out Sunday evening. They shut the water off and drained the tank. Miguel was at my home Monday morning with a new rheem water heater. He install the new one and took away the old one. I couldn’t be happier with the service.
