I scheduled a visit first thing Sunday morning for a furnace issue. A technician came out the next day and found the solution for no additional charge for labor or parts. During the visit, a leak from the water heater was discovered and they recommended that I replace the unit. The same technician came out on Friday of the same week and replaced the unit without any issues for a competitive price. I highly recommend using OneStop Pro based on my experience with them.

Very happy with the work completed by OneStop Pro. We needed to have our tankless water heater serviced after many years, they were quick to respond and schedule the service visit. On the day of the visit, they sent text updates including the name and picture of the tech so I knew exactly who was coming which was much appreciated. The Tech Alex Munoz, was quick and efficient with the service and showed me everything that was flushed out of my system. He also made recommendations for standard maintenance cadence moving forward. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with One Stop Pro Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling! Home repairs are not my favorite and Alex was very knowledgeable and professional and easy to talk with about issues.

He quickly installed a new bathroom faucet to fix a drip and replace a part in my tub faucet that I would have hot water, again!

I also appreciated that he saved me a little $$$ by explaining a small plastic part was making the handle loose on the tub and I should be able to call the manufacturer for this problem rather than replacing the whole trim kit (I did this and it worked!)

My 20+ year-old HVAC system was in need of replacement, especially after the furnace broke this winter. I reached out to Robert, who not only offered a fair price for a new Trane system but also led a team of dedicated professionals-Jeromy, Frank, and Caleb. Their excellent job included installing the new system and updating the GFCI outlet as per city safety regulations. One Stop even assisted in obtaining an HVAC installation permit from the city.
If something goes wrong with the installation, One Stop Pro will quickly correct it and fix the issue. My installation experience with One Stop Pro made me feel valued as a customer, and I plan to contact them next time I need plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair.

We had a great experience with OneStop Pro, thanks to Alex. He managed to squeeze us in for a sewer line rodding on short notice, despite having a very important life event coming up. Alex had previously done our sewer scope as part of the home inspection, so he was already familiar with our situation. His professionalism and clear communication about what he found, what we should look out for, and the next steps were very helpful. He also gave us a realistic timeline for a more thorough clear-out, which is great for planning and budgeting. Overall, we are very happy and will definitely call One Stop Pro again next year for the future inspection/cleaning.

Using this company based on quality of work NOT price- It will take time to determine service/maintenance reliability-
There are no bargains for quality work; I watch out for failure on service and maintenance contracts/commitments… BUT THE INSTALLATION WAS FLAWLESS and the price competitive.
They stayed late on a Friday night to be sure everything was right including the WiFi connections through brick and concrete!

Alex came right on time. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. He replaced our waterline from the house to the outdoor faucet. He was very efficient. I love that when I called the company they were able to give me an estimate of the work that would be done without charging me just to come out and look at it. We were very happy with the service we received. Thank you.

Great work, personable and knowledgable. If you need standby generator maintenance or to prepare for common electric outages, these folks know what they’re doing and do it well! They did our generator maintenance to the manufacturer’s specification. Looks great, runs quiet, and starts without issue!

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to provide multiple options to replace our ejector pump the next day. Would recommend and will plan to use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

'OneStop' replaced my 75-gallon hot-water heater. The hot-water heater is located in a basement with relatively 'open access'.
The 'OneStop' team arrived at the specified time; evaluated the 'old hot-water heater'; educated me regarding my repair options; replaced / plumbed the new hot-water heater; removed the 'old unit' and cleaned-up after themselves. Alex and team was Professional and respectful of my home during the entire process.
I had 'lost' hot-water on a Thursday night and was unable to restart my 'old heater'. On Friday morning, my 'old' hot-water heater was also leaking on the basement floor - sufficient enough for a wet stain to cross the room to drain.
I used one-of the online 'business review' sites to submit my 'hot-water heater repair-or-replace' request-for-proposal (RFQ) to 'OneStop' - the 'business review' site also submitted my RFQ to other local plumbers. I submitted photos and additional information to 'OneStop' and one-or-two additional companies that responded to my RFQ. I have previously used 'OneStop' for both a (natural) gas leak and plumbing repairs. 'OneStop' is (relatively) "local" and I was happy with the prior service. I chose 'OneStop' because of their previous performance, timely response to my RFQ, proposed equipment / warranty - and they had the best price of those that responded.
This review was submitted two-days after installation - no leaks or post-install surprises!

The whole team was great to deal with. They helped us work through some difficult scheduling issues with a very challenging toilet repair. Alex our tech was professional, explained what he was doing very well, worked fast, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. I cannot recommend Dan and the team highly enough.
