Highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing. They’ve helped us on two occasions now - once for emergency flood relief, and once for back up sump pump installation. When they came out for the emergency flood relief, they were fast and efficient. They identified some major issues with our previous sump pump setup and fixed those while they were at it. We hired them to return a second time to install a backup sump pump for us and we are very happy with their work. They are meticulous, measure precisely and really stand behind their work. They did a very professional job and are easy to work with. We will use their services in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Ferrari Plumbing — they were professional, quick to respond, and did top-quality work. A special shoutout to Josh, one of their best employees. He was on time, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. When our water heater failed one January evening, my first thought was to call Ferrari Plumbing, they've always taken excellent care of us in the past.
Wes and Josh arrived on time the next day, walked us through the process, and had a replacement installed in about 2 hours.
No muss, no fuss, no mess.

We have a specialty Kohler faucet in our first floor bathroom and the left handle was leaking. We asked our regular plumber to estimate how much it would cost to fix it and they estimated up to $1,500 because of the pedestal sink and replacing the specialty faucet. I thought that was a ridiculous price to fix the faucet so I asked my very knowledgeable friend to look at it. He suggested buying the valve to fit the handle and ask Ferrari Plumbing to fix it. So I bought the valve for $14 and Ferrari Plumbing came in and fixed it for $375. Wes and Josh were very professional. They were well dressed, articulate and respectful of our home and our time. They had some difficulty getting the old, rusted valve out but they worked together and got the job done. Setting up this appointment was also a very good experience. They came when they said they were going to come and I even got a text 15 minutes before they arrived. We’re so happy they were able to save our existing faucet and fix it like new. As an added bonus, we had a minor issue with the toilet and Wes fixed that for free. I highly recommend Ferrari Plumbing and look forward to using them for years to come.

Wes and Josh were great. We had a couple leaks we needed checked out and addressed quickly. They came out same day, repaired one issue, and came back to install the new water heaters the next day. Repairs are done. No more leaks and no more headaches! Thanks Wes and Josh!

Our water heater, at the 12-year mark, finally died, and I called a few local HVAC companies, including our regular HVAC company in Winfield. They couldn't help immediately, wanting to schedule an appointment for a later date, and that wasn't going to work. So I remembered Ferrari Plumbing, which I passed many times going to work, and I called them. They were literally here in ten minutes, and within two hours, I had a brand new water heater installed. Brand new valves were installed—the same high-end water heater that I had before, the same brand, at least. Wes and his assistant, Josh, were just absolutely fantastic, and they put up with my grumpy attitude to boot. I can't say enough about them. The work they did was fantastic, and needless to say, I'm appreciative of their spur-of-the-moment service. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

They were also respectful of my time, they came on the early side within the window that we were given by the company and didn’t make us wait around all day for service. I’ve used this company multiple times and will continue to be a customer in the future.

On time, expert job, reasonable rate $220 for kitchen faucet replacement

After the great job on my kitchen faucet, I tried the complete home wellness check. Furnace was cleaned and tuned up, and an overloaded circuit in my circuit breaker panel was diagnosed and repaired. Great work, great advice, and friendly courteous workers. On time, honest, and reasonable. These folks are the best!

I called OneStop Pro out after a handyman recommended I look into a drain check valve. Matt was super responsive and got someone out that day. It was the second visit with Alex that really impressed me and made me see why the company has such good reviews. Alex ran a camera through my line, showed me the footage, and explained to me a ton of info about my line and why he didn’t think anything needed to be done. I’m grateful to have met an honest plumber and will be calling them back for my future needs.

They were able to install new units within days, which was especially important because we had company coming to stay with us for a week.
