I have been using BMJ for almost 2 years now after trying multiple companies and being disappointed. The quality of work has always been consistent, and I look forward to coming home on cleaning days. It feels great when you find a company you trust, does quality work and has a good price point.

The BMJ team did a fantastic deep clean in our home. They were efficient and fast but left no detail unnoticed. We were so pleased they will be coming every other week for maintenance cleanings. Would highly recommend!

BMJ is a good cleaning service. We’ve been using their service for a little over a year now. What has impressed us the most is the quality of their service. It truly is a professional clean when they are finished. Admittedly, they can get surfaces of my house cleaner than I can even when I am trying my hardest! BMJ did an amazing job with a deep clean at our house! They cleaned every surface in every room. Their attention to detail is on point. I don’t think they missed any spot in our house. I also asked them to focus on a few areas we couldn’t reach in our ceiling and they made sure it was clean. Even after cleaning every room, they went back to make sure no marks were on the doors and windows. Their work is even better than I expected. I would highly recommend their cleaning services!

Simply outstanding! My friend recommended them to me and it’s the best service we’ve ever had in 20 years of various private service. They require an initial deep clear which is worth every penny. I can’t describe how clean my house felt and I feel like I keep a clean house. They send four people and they are incredibly efficient. Out in about an hour which is great because I work a hybrid schedule. I love the nice touches like folded tissues and blankets.

Wow!!! I’m speechless! The girls did a fabulous job! They arrived on time started immediately I didn’t have to tell them anything. My house has never looked so clean. I needed a deep clean for a party I’m having and I couldn’t be more happier . Not only did it save me time but I don’t have to go over any areas because they covered it all. I highly recommend this cleaning service. I cannot speak too highly of them. The cleaner didn’t just clean my things; she also organized the pile on my desk that was a disaster! I feel so incredibly thankful. She was very careful not to hide things where I couldn’t find them—she just put them back where they’d been more organized. She was very thorough and very honest. She really went the extra mile. My home is sparkling and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Great job doing a move-out clean for a 2,500 sq foot house. Staff arrived on time and finished within four hours. Would use this company again.

At first, I was amazed with the space they covered in just four hours of a move in clean. I was amazed with the service and scheduling was a breeze.

I requested a deep clean and was clear about wanting blinds done, cabinets washed inside and out, and walls washed since we were about to move into our new house.

I wouldn’t call what they did a deep clean. The bathroom cabinets weren’t cleaned inside (and one of the cleaners specifically asked if I wanted them cleaned and I said yes). The walls were definitely not touched. I had to redo a lot of the work myself, which really defeated the purpose of paying for a deep clean. Definitely do not pay $5 a window for blinds because the way they cleaned them was shutting them, and then running a cloth along it.

I will say there were three cleaners and one of them did a pretty detailed job on the kitchen. I still have to redo things, but she definitely did the most detailed.

Overall, I might hire them again for a surface level clean but wouldn’t recommend for a move in/out if you want truly deep clean. You get what you pay for as my clean cost $530 for a 4 bed, 2 bath house. (About 2600 square feet)

Edit: after I posted this review, they did contact me and offered me money back. They are very receptive to feedback and really want to grow.

After a few cleaning sessions, I can say that this is truly a fantastic company. They have always been very prompt, thorough, and affordable for each session. I am always amazed at the level of detail they provide, and each team member so far has been very friendly. I will certainly continue to use and recommend their services.

However, the management is poorly run. I had specifically asked via email for two different quotes for a deep clean (1 with an emphasis on the bathroom and kitchens only and 1 for the whole house). They provided both quotes and I decided to go with the whole house. However, after a couple hours I got a call from their manager that in order to finish they would have to charge me an EXTRA $90 for an extra hour that they needed. I was not willing to pay the EXTRA $90 so they didn't clean all floors in the lower level of the house and only did portions of the kitchen. It's disappointing that they didn't adequately plan or evaluate the time that was needed. They also left behind a bag of garbage on my front doorstep which I didn't find until I was leaving the house.

I was shocked at how clean the place was after fresh day cleaning came. The tenant who lived in our home had fairly well trashed it, But by the time fresh day was done with it, it was amazingly clean. I highly recommend them.

They do amazing work! I have been very pleased! I have always used private single person business before now and I wasn’t sure what to think about using a bigger company but I am impressed! I did the first one as a test run to see what it was like and They do a phenomenal job! I will continue to do business here without hesitation and recommend people here. They confirm my cleaning each time and they have always been on time. I usually get a text when they are on their way. The customer service is also great!! Very quick to respond and helpful! Recommend for sure!
