Not recommended. Same experience as the last two reviewers. You are really calling Premium Home Services which charges a $179 automatically renewing membership fee to come out. This is before charging for any work. When I realized the fee to come out was an ongoing membership fee I called back and had the service request cancelled and the membership fee refunded. They did refund the membership charge that day. The address in Wheaton does not exist. The BBB rating for Premium Home Services is F. They are not accredited.

Byron Electrical Services did a phenomenal job on the wire service I needed for my home. If you are in need of electrical work be sure to contact them immediately. I appreciate the time they took to troubleshoot and repair. And the prices were affordable. We were in dire need of immediate service and Byron Electrical Services provided that service.

Rick did a great job for us. We had a couple of projects done which in our old and strangely built house presented a number of unexpected difficulties but Rick just kept working at it until he was able to finish the job. He was very professional and considerate taking all of the challenges that our house provided in stride. We definitely plan to use Byron Electrical Services again as we continue to update our home.

I called them to have an electrician come out to fix an outlet that had a short in it. They said it’d be a $149 service fee to come out for which I had to pay before they came out. I paid it and a guy did show up and appeared to have electrician knowledge but now I’m skeptical it was a licensed electrician. Prior to his arrival I received an odd email saying I was enrolled in Premium Home Services at an automatic renewal rate of $149. I never agreed to this automatic annual service charge and I did some research on this Premium Home Service. Tons of people saying it was a scam. I’ve tried canceling it and I was told I’d receive a cancellation verification email. This never happened. I tried calling again days later to cancel the service and I was told they were having issues with their billing system and the person I spoke to from a foreign country was extremely rude. This company is a scam and recommend you run away. The address they listed in Wheaton doesn’t even exist. I drove to the address they say their office was at and it does not exist. On top of that the guy that was at my house charged me an additional $175 on top of the $150 just to fix an outlet. Total was $325 and now I can’t cancel some type of annual service they automatically signed me up for without my approval.

Pro Services repaired a broken water main for me. They were timely in their response and professional in their work. The excavator operator was exceptionally proficient. In review, they made a unexpected inconvenience a very simple and calm resolution.

I am very happy with the service I received from Pro Services.
Michael was our technician and he was great. He gave us a quote over the phone and came out quickly to install a new sump pump for us. He was extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. Our installation was followed up by a phone call from David who was also very nice.

Its a great company, Michael came out and gave me a quote to fix a leak from a cast iron pipe. He was great with my home and didn't mind my large dogs

It’s rare these days to find truly friendly and helpful customer service, but Pro Services Plumbing exceeded my expectations.

Tony and Kyle were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. Even though I live quite far away, they still made it a priority to come out and inspect my issue, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to move forward with the repair due to budget constraints, but they were so kind and understanding throughout the entire process.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and genuinely caring service.

Kyle and the whole team did a quick and efficient service

I can’t say enough good things about Tony, Kyle, Iverson, Mikey, and Gibson with regard to the sewer lining they installed for us. We were told that our sewer wasn’t in good shape. We had quotes from several other people, but they were high, and we didn’t know how we could afford the repair. Then Kyle stepped in quickly and gave us a reasonable quote. Installation was scheduled for the following week. It was a long wait with an uncertain system, but Tony called and indicated it could be moved up a day, alleviating our concern. Iverson, Mikey, and Gibson arrived promptly the next morning, and within a few hours, we now have a lining that gives us a new sewer pipe. It is important to note that all of the people mentioned were very pleasant people and expert at discussing and installing their product. If you need a sewer liner, this is the company for you to contact.
