I'm extremely satisfied with the technician who came to fix my air conditioner. They correctly identified the problem as a faulty capacitor that needed replacing, which should have been covered under warranty since they're an authorized dealer. Before the repair, I was given an estimate of the costs, and while it seemed steep, I had no choice but to agree.
The technician arrived promptly after 20 minutes of scheduling, replaced the capacitor, and got the air conditioner up and running again. However, when I asked for a detailed breakdown of my bill, the representative told me it wasn't possible over the phone that day. Despite follow-up inquiries, I never received an explanation.
It wasn't until I used their online chat service that I finally got a call back, and was informed that they charge a flat rate for repairs, which includes fuel costs and other expenses. Even accounting for these, the labor rate came out to be significantly higher than expected - over $400 per hour. Given this information, it's clear that while the work was done professionally and completed on time, the pricing is quite high.
Overall, I'm pleased with the service, but unfortunately, the cost was prohibitively expensive for me. I won't be using them again, as I'll look for a more affordable option in the future.

We had a great experience with this home services business. We called them because our A/C unit wasn't working properly, and they sent someone over within an hour to fix the issue. The technician diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the part from their truck at a reasonable cost. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process.
