K + A Construction did an amazing job fixing and saving our home making the place look better than new. They went above and beyond to make sure everything got done in a timely manner working with our insurance company every step of the way.

They even made it a fun experience for our daughter sending special request pictures showing Rubble assisting with the repairs and left her a welcome home gift.

I will definitely use them again for all future projects and will give them the highest of recommendations

The tech was wonderful. He cleaned our couches and chairs quickly and professionally. We have used Dixon Dirt Stoppers before and we will use them again.

Kurt was very quick, professional, and thorough. He takes a lot of pictures and understands what the insurance company needs to get you money for repair. I also trusted him in my home without me there. He’s trustworthy and took good care of all my equipment and items that needed to be moved without damaging anything.

Kurt, was fantastic from start to finish. I called needing some work done. I knew the job was going to be hard to explain and take some time to complete. Kurt came out and met with me the very first day I was available to meet. He got me a quote super fast. Once I approved the job he got started right away. The Craftsmanship was next level. Everything was completed well above expectations. My project could have gone bad fast with the amount of possible rot that was in the area. Kurt was trustworthy and honest enough to let me know the quote was going to be the final price. I could have seen someone else taking advantage of the situation. Not kurt, he's one of the good ones. It's always nice when some completes a job and he takes care of your property like he lives there. Absolutely will be calling him again for any projects I don't have time to tackle myself.

Kurt and his team have been wonderful. First project, basement bathroom mold removal: I was shocked at how quickly the job was completed and how clean and organized he left the area. He communicated with me throughout the project. Describing exactly what would be done from start to finish and providing before and after photos. Excellent A+ service!

Water Heater Install: John, the plumber, arrived and gave the same great service. Quick, efficient and professional. Communicated throughout the project and left the space cleaner than they found it.

K&A are now my go to for all my housing projects.

While I am grateful for their attempts at discounting their work, its the results that matter most. I spent thousands of dollars and maxed out 2 credit cards to afford their services and my place has failed to be remediated. When I try to contact them to give note of this, my messages have been left unanswered.

Had a great experience with Kurt! On March 14, 2025 I contacted Kurt about roof damage. Why would I remember the day, you ask? Because the significantly strong winds had ripped a sizeable length of shingles right off the top of our roof and we could see plywood and a small gap looking into our attic. With rain and hail expected overnight, I reached out after work and crossed my fingers hoping for advise on how to put a tarp on the roof. He went the extra mile shopping at both Lowe's and Home Depot to find as close of a match to our roof as possible. The color match is incredible. I can't tell the difference between new and old tiles. Very reasonable price even though this was a last minute race against nature. He pulled in, got out his tools, and worked from sunset into darkness to get this done before the weather turned on us. You wouldn't know anything had happened. He left our property cleaner than when he found it. We did get wild weather that night, just as the weather app predicted, but we slept soundly under our newly repaired roof.

Amazing people to work with. Highly recommend! They did my area rugs and one room of carpeting. Everything looks brand new!
