Constraction reviews in Winfield, Illinois

I have been using K & K for years. Keith retired so it is now K &A. They did a wonderful job, just like Keith! I highly recommend them! They did a fantastic job on my carpet. It smells great too!

Cleaned our carpeting in November before Thanksgiving. They were prompt and did an excellent job! Reasonably priced and very pleasant people to work with. Will definitely call them for our next carpet cleaning!

K and A did a great job in cleaning our upholstery and rug. Their service was prompt and thorough, and they were very polite and professional. I will definitely call them again for future projects.

We had an outstanding experience with K and A Restoration LLC. We worked directly with Kurt, and we couldn’t be more impressed or happier with the entire process. From the very beginning, he was on time, professional, and incredibly communicative.

When Kurt came by for the initial consultation, we were planning to replace all the carpet in our basement. But after hearing our situation, he offered a much smarter alternative: only remove part of the carpet and install vinyl flooring in the high-traffic and moisture-prone areas. Not only did this save us money, but the end result looks like the basement was originally designed that way—it’s seamless and really elevates the space.

Kurt was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and even completed the job much faster than we anticipated. The workmanship was impeccable.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend K and A Restoration!

First time using this company to clean my carpets after my long time cleaner retired. They did a wonderful job. They were very accommodating squeezing me in during a very busy time of the year. Techs were very friendly and did a great job. Will definitely use them again

We had them clean our catering on our home. David got to our place on time, and finished in a little over an hour. They use the hot water extraction method, which is superior to all the other cleanings that we had. David did a great job and it was a pleasure to have them do this for us.

This fall (2025) we hired K and A Restoration LLC for carpet stretching and carpet cleaning throughout our home, and we could not be more pleased with the results!

From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and dedicated to doing the job right. Their prices were very reasonable, especially considering the challenging condition of our carpets. A couple other companies didn’t even want to take on the project because of the many bumps and problem areas, but K and A Restoration stepped up without hesitation—and they absolutely delivered.

The difference is stunning. Our carpets look practically new, and the stretching work exceeded our expectations in every way.

We were impressed not only by the quality of the work, but also by the workers’ friendliness, expertise, and the company’s genuine mission to serve.

We give K and A Restoration LLC our highest recommendation!

Great company to work with. Tina, whom I spoke with on the phone, was wonderful. David came out to do the carpet cleaning. He was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He worked to get out a tough carpet stain and returned twice to finish treatment, which was a success. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend K and A Restoration!
