Above average carpet cleaning service. You get what you pay for! They were excellent in terms of customer service and quality of work. Windy City Steam came out last night and today I can't believe how great the carpets look! All the stains are gone and the carpets look new. So worth it! (Last time I rented a carpet cleaner from the hardware store and it didn't get all the stains out, plus my back was killing me for days after using the machine). Windy City Steam did my whole house in just over an hour and I got a great price!

When I moved into my apartment I had Windy City Steam come out and clean the tile flooring, it almost looked brand new even after the years of filth the past tenants and landlord left behind! I also had Brandon power wash my little concrete patio off my back door. I've recommended Windy City Steam to all of my family, even some co-workers and I'll continue to do so!

Windy City Steam did an excellent job. Our carpets were dirty from tracking in old epoxy residue from the garage floor. All fresh and clean now! Will definitely recommend them

I had a family party and the company I called fell thru, called Windy City steam and they went out of their way to squeeze me in to get my place looking awesome in time and did a fantastic job on top of it. Couldn't be happier honestly, referred him to my mother and they did a knock out job on her carpet as well as cleaning her concrete driveway. He showed up on time, was great with my dog, worked quickly and thoroughly, and left my home clean and smelling great! Our carpets in every room of our house look brand new!!!! Can't believe how great they look, we didn't even think it was possible ! Excellent customer service , the owner Brandon is very professional and courteous !They showed up right on time , and were very careful with moving the furniture and placing it back. They saved me tons of money in buying new carpet that I didn't think could be repaired! Even the spot remover we got from Windy City works like magic! We will only be using them in the future!

We decided to have Windy City Steam come out and help us tackle a daunting task of the aftermath of renters. The carpet was absolutely disgusting with stains everywhere. At first, we thought our only option was to replace it but after Brandon got done with it, it practically looked new again. He is now the go to guy for all our carpet, couches, area rugs, etc.. Windy City Steam did SUCH an awesome job! Brandon was our guy and he arrived on time and did the job in the time frame he told us it would take. I have a 1 and 2 year old and we had THREE dogs. Needless to say my carpets and furniture were a disgusting mess. After Brandon's timely hard work it looks like my furniture and my carpets are BRAND NEW! I was actually thinking of buying new carpet but now I don't have to. Besides the great job I LOVE their pricing. It was a flat rate per square foot and there were NO upcharges for deodorizing or anything like that. It included everything which really surprised me as I've had other companies charge us extra for deodorizing, sterilization, etc. We asked if they did scotch guarding and it was included FREE!! I HIGHLY recommend Windy City Steam. We'll also be hiring them this Summer to pressure wash our patio, garage and house!!

I've used Windy City Steam for carpet cleaning for years. With 4 kids and an old dog, they make our carpet look brand new every time they come out. They’ve gotten out many pet stains and mystery kid marker stains, etc. When we moved into a new house, Brandon the owner, was the first person I called before moving our stuff in. He not only made the carpets look great, but also power washed our brick paver patio and driveway and we were shocked at how clean and new it looked. They are on time, professional, use kid/pet friendly products and make recommendations on how to make your carpet last the longest. The dry time is also great. I'd highly recommend this small family owned company for all steam cleaning needs!
