Brandon did an amazing job sealing our driveway, patio, and porch. The first day they came and cleaned and the next day he sealed. It looks great. We also had him seal my fathers driveway and he did an amazing wet look finish on that as well!

Windy City Steam did a phenomenal job on our new house! We have plush, stark white carpet and four dogs (including a puppy!). Both the living and dining room had multiple stains, some of which had been there quite a while. EVERY single stain was removed and the carpet never looked better!

The quality of the carpet cleaning combined with extremely professional service was second to none! Beyond that, the overall cost was extremely reasonable and worth every penny.

I wholeheartedly recommend Windy City Steam for all of you cleaning needs. Brandon came out today and power washed all of our outside stone work and patio and everything looks like new. Additionally, Brandon is very respectful and pleasing to deal with. And the cost is very reasonable for the great job that was done. You won't get any better than Windy City Steam!

Secured an appointment for cleaning on a Thursday. Cleared my schedule to be home during the day during the window given. On day of cleaning, no one showed nor called. I have called twice and left messages with no return call. I'm not sure this company is still in business based on the lack of communication.

Being in sales, I used to HATE homeowners like me. But, being a homeowner, now, I get it. You better believe I have spoken with anyone and everyone who offers this service near by. Not only are most people over charging like crazy, but they’re not flexible with their services, either. I just rescued a dog who unfortunately peed on my big L-shaped sectional. It was only on one cushion. But everyone else I had spoken with could only charge me for the entire couch. (Which was a lot because my couch is huge.) Brandon came out and thankfully was able to completely restore the cushion! I cannot tell you how relieved I am. I got this couch a couple of years ago and was a little heartbroken when this happened. We also discussed the possibility of doing my barstools. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to commit to that. He was kind enough to do one of them so that I could decide if it was worth doing all of them. It was. Very grateful for such a good experience!

Can’t say enough about Brandon’s work. Brandon power washed and sealed our outdoor patio and the pictures don’t do it justice. He also power washed our travertine floors taking our blackened grout lines to their original beige. He was courteous and communicative. Wish we had more to clean. His website pricing app was super easy and that was the price we paid.
