American restoration is a great company. They responded very quickly to my problem. Keegan was professional and courteous to work with.

Avoid these ripoff artists. Work is shoddy, communication is a joke, service is bad. There's still excess materials at my condo for a floor replacement job that was completed in January 2022. Oh and they evidently feel they're entitled to any excess materials cost from insurance claims as the flooring I ultimately chose was $.46 per square foot under budget but they sure didn't send me the difference.

Huge shout out to ACRS.Dominic is outstanding and gets the job done professionally and quickly. Without his work ethic I would still have a bad demo from my last company

Phenomenal first experience with American Cleaning and Restoration South, exceptional hospitality from the staff but really impressed with Keegan who was incredible helping my Spanish speaking parents and assuring a job well done in my home.

After nine months under contract, the home is still not done, month after month having no workers on the job, complaint after complaint. Covid excuses but constantly catching the company in lies that there are workers on the job, I cannot recommend this company to anyone at this point in time. They don't operate as a GC even though they sell themselves well with a full staff do the job entirely, when in reality they subcontract it out. No project plan for a 200k project, forgetfulness, and leaving the owner with the burden to bear to fix it all for them. Zero Stars if I could.

Work was performed in a timely manner but was left incomplete.Ridiculous pricing. Poor communication.
Not even sure my contract was with them...believe they are a 3rd party in my case. May end well though... we are not finalized with them yet.

They did an excellent job cutting out my drywall. They showed up promptly when they said, and left the area that they were working in cleaner than it was when they came. Keegan was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
