Cary handled our restoration after we had a water pipe flood our downstairs. He had great turnaround time and worked directly with our insurance so we didn't have to jump through hoops. The end result was great!

The Packing crew did a great job; there were a few hiccups but overall I am pleased. All of my valuables were returned. Kudos their packing and moving crew are excellent and very pleasant. I still can’t believe I had so many items. I had a fire and nothing smelled of smoke

Bad Company to deal with lost my house it burned down, so you would expect there to be some type of communication but there communication was poor. The guy I dealt with sucked i don’t usually write reviews even if my experience was bad. But i am amazed on how these people act! Don’t use these company I don’t know how there even a preferred vender for State Farm i would drop these people like I did if it were my business i would never run my business like this.

I recently had some mold growth due to heavy moisture in the attic. American Cleaning And Restoration South was highly recommended by the gentleman who insulated my attic. Cesar, The project manager, came out to inspect the attic and provided me with a fair estimate. Louis was assigned to the project. He was very polite and professional. He was able to treat some areas that were really hard to reach. He even took some before and after pictures to show me the areas he treated. In summary, I was very satisfied with the entire operation. Cesar and Louis at American Cleaning and restoration delivered a quality product with a smile.

I had an insurance claim that made me have to move out of my home for a while. I hired this company to assist with my personal belongings. I must say I am beyond impress with the level of professionalism from everyone, all my calls and questions were answered. Today I was given my keys to my home and they came out to bring me my belongings, all in great condition.

I only had kitchen appliances that needed storage, so I can't attest to a big move out, but for what I needed I had good experience.  I was told at the last minute that the appliances needed to be out also, I was referred to American Cleaning and Restoration South, Mayra was able to give me an estimate the same day and send out crew to pick it up 1 or 2 days after (couldn't remember exactly).  They are able to deliver the appliances in one full day notice and gave me an updated price due to slightly shorten storage time.  The delivery guys are professional and nice.  The appliances appeared to be well protected by moving cloth and clear wrap (which of course is included in the pricing), they had brought boxes to stow away the stove grates and parts.  They helped hook the stove back up (with gas tape) and plugged the fridge in.  They even helped wipe the dust on the stove from construction resulted before the move out.  They wiped the floor where the fridge is going to sit on (it was dusty from new cabinet installation and I wasn't prepared)  It's all above and beyond to me so I feel compelled to write a nice review for them.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Alex and his team are truly amazing to work with. I am an insurance agent with Farmer's and I refer them my clients. Over this past year they have assisted multiple clients of ours and have done nothing but an amazing job with every client. I highly recommend them!

We recently experienced flooding in our apartment. American Cleaning and Restoration South was hired to pack, move, store, and pack back all of our personal property. They were absolutely amazing to work with! They were very communicative, extremely organized, and genuinely the best company we have been working with throughout this whole process.
