My water heater was leaking and I was due for a replacement. Josh installed a new one the same day I called, and at 1/2 the price I was quoted by one of the bigger providers.

We had JJ install a new tankless water heater to replace our old tank water heater. We needed to switch to something with a powered vent due to a backdraft issue cause by our Radon system. We had thought about tankless since we first heard of them. Talking with JJ convinced us that tankless was the way to go. Our "utility" room has so much more space in it, thanks to JJ's clean installation. JJ always takes care of us!

Worse of the worse!!!! Where should I start..
Back towards the begging of June, 2022 we hired the Geek Squad to install a brand new gas stove. The Geek Squad then outsource their services to Sycamore Plumbing.. Biggest mistake ever! Sycamore Plumbing came and charge me an additional $150 to convert my stove from gas to propane to then tell me that the stove was defective.. Not a problem.

I then went back and had my brand new stove replace. And re-scheduled with the Geek Squad. They then re-sent Sycamore Pluming to re-install the 2nd stove..

At the time they had a technician in training did most of the work to then tell me that the 2nd stove was also defective. Hmmm very hard to believe. The chief plumber as he called himself did a quick review to confirm what the technician had stated..
Minutes after they left my house my husband discovered that the conversion kit was still attached to the stove, meaning that the stove was never converted properly. We called and left messages.. No response.. We also tried rescheduling this apt with Sycamore Plumbing so they can complete the work given that I had originally paid the Geek Quad for the original installment and Sycamore plumbing for the conversion.
After numerous attempts of trying to reschedule this apt. we had no calls and no shows from Sycamore Plumbing..

Sadly, I ended hiring an outside Plumber for the work.

The frustrating part of it all, is that I went two months without having a stove to then find out that there was nothing wrong with the stove.. this was all part of Sycamore Plumbing NOT installing the stove correctly.

I woke up Saturday of Labor Day weekend and had no water from my well. I proceeded to call every company I could google in hopes that someone could save the holiday weekend for the family I had coming to the lake. Josh called me back quickly and offered to call me back when he finished another job he was working on. Josh was clear that they don't normally work on wells, but offered to diagnose and do what he could to hopefully fix the issue. In the meantime I was contacted by Shipe Well Drilling and set-up an appointment at noon to come out and fix the issue.
Josh called me back around 12:30, exactly like he said he would, and I informed him I had a well specialist at the house and I greatly appreciated his professional approach and willingness to help on a holiday weekend! It is people like Josh that go above and beyond that Sycamore should be proud of!

Called Josh at Sycamore Plumbing & Heating to repair garbage disposal which had corroded to the point of not working. Needed the job done quick as company is arriving today. He gave me the option or 2 times he could come by to repair, in the early morning (7am) or in the afternoon. I chose the 7am slot. Josh showed up right at 7am, repaired the disposal, out by 7:35 am. His charges were very fair for his work.
I have used Josh a number of times for heating/air work as well as plumbing help and he has performed outstanding work! I couldn’t recommend him more!

Josh is fantastic. He is honest and does great work. Twice he has taken care of us on short notice. He was also very fair on his fees for his time. Will use him when we replace our HVAC.

They changed our water heater the same day in about 2 hours! Honest company with fair pricing that saved us over a thousand dollars compared to a competitor! A+

We had three separate services completed by this company;

1. New Furnace installation
2. New AC installation
3. Emergency Plumbing Repair

In all three instances the owner was very responsive, completed the job in a timely manner, and was very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC, AC, or plumbing service.

Our home HVAC was 25 years old . I got several quotes last year in 2023 ... Then my friend said he had new HVAC installed in his home using Sycamore Plumbing an Heating And that he was very happy with pricing and professional installation. So I asked him to have my unit replaced also in June of 2024. In and out in about 6 or 7 hours this was furnace and Ac unit . Very very nice company to work with .... Thank you for solving our problem.....
