Chris came out and repaired several things that the contractor who finished our basement did incorrectly, I called the day before and they said we should be able to be out there tomorrow morning. I was surprised at how quickly they came out. Chris is a true professional, I explained what was going on, he said no worries I’ll get this handled for you. A few days later I got the invoice and it was lower than expected even. They have done some work at my place of business in the past and I’ll continue to call them in the future for my HVAC needs!

Company installed by HVAC system. It was done in less than a day; very good workman ship. This a company I will use again.

Thankful we were able to have someone come on a Sunday. We weren't very reassured the issue was resolved though, no options or suggestions were given even after I asked on how to prevent the problem from happening again. Technician didnt seem happy at all with a couple comments made to be there fixing the issue. Also hooked the washer back up incorrectly which makes me wonder how well he knew what he was doing.

Called on a Monday because our heat was turned off due to a gas line being hit. Was told they would be there by Tuesday 2-3 pm. Left Tues for work and returning on a Friday. Called on Fri to confirm repair was done. Was told the work was not done, and they could do following week. Asked why I did not get a call saying they could not make the appointment. Given no reason other than they are busy and they can come next week. Extremely rude and deflective. No apology. Responsible for hosting thanksgiving with no heat, and no ability to cook the turkey. Was told to call someone else if I want it fixed today. Now I'm in a position where I have to call and request an emergency repair at 4pm on a Friday.

We had a water leak. Called them and Jeremy and Kevin stopped right by and took care of the problem. Great service. Would highly recommend Auburn Heating & Air conditioning.

Collin was friendly, listened to my concerns, fixed the problem and serviced my furnace. Auburn Heating and Cooling also installed the furnace and AC in 2019 and did a great job, was very informative, and they came in at a lower estimate than three other local companies. We are thrilled with the furnace and air conditioner installed in 2019, have had zero mechanical problems, and the cause of the issue Collin fixed was not a furnace issue, it was a gas valve issue. I have recommended Auburn heating and cooling to multiple friends and family, and all have been very satisfied.

Cody was very helpful in educating us on our options . We had two other quotes done and both companies tried to up sell us on more than we needed. Jeremy and crew did a great job installing and showing us what we needed to know on new AC, Furnace, and humidifier. Would definitely recommend !!

Had a leak in the basement of our business that happened overnight and could not find the source. Our normal service techs were not fielding calls and the water was beginning to pool in the basement where we keep equipment and files. They immediately sent out a tech who was able to find and resolve the issue within 15minutes. Very professional, extremely prompt, and understood the emergency aspect of our situation! Will absolutely be using them for the future!!

I have used this Family run business on several occasions. They have always went above and beyond. Even talking with Erica in the office to Cody the technician to the Owner himself. They have treated us with they up most respect, more like a family member than a client. They're always on time. Respectful of our home. Takes there time to interact to explain or answer any questions we have. I would definitely recommend this company. They will be honest, fair and work with you. I will never use another company again!!!!

Our house is newer, so AC and furnace require on routine maintenance. Auburn Heating and AC has provided good service with excellent customer care. Kudos, especially, to Logan who has served us a couple of times.

We had an issue with no ac over the weekend so I called mon morning and they said we can come out this afternoon. Very fast. They had it up and running in less than an hour. And charged a reasonable price. Very polite service guys.

Had a sewer pump go down, called at 6AM expected an answering machine, nope someone picked up the phone, said they would try and get there today, got another call saying they were in the area. Jeremy and Kevin stopped by in the morning. Assessed the problem, changed my sewer pump, and had everything done before 2pm. Very fast. Very professional, price was cheaper than expected. Warranty on pump and work. Definitely would highly recommend.
