From the first phone call, to till the tech left my house the customer service was great! Even with their busy schedule they got to us the next day since our AC wasn’t running at all. Lane was awesome, and even though I showed up towards the very end he re explained everything to me again. Just so I had the best understanding possible. Will be calling them in the future for all ac and furnace needs!

The tech came in and got our system back up and running. He also found some wiring issues and said that our system shouldn’t have been even working.

Had them come out last November and install a retrofit heating and AC unit for my home. They installed an Amana system and got rid of my ceiling cable heat. Phenomenal job by these guys. Their quote was also a lot better than other companies we had come out. They are ones who are not out to eat customers wallets. I'll be sure to be using them for a once a year maintenance plan to clean my AC unit. So glad to use them for my service. No more lifting window AC units for my home. Thanks!!!!

This company has been phenomenal to work with. We had a major renovation project that started with a sewer line replacement. Cody took the time to come out to the house and talk with me, not TO me, about what was involved and how soon they could begin. They were one of the cheapest bids. Cody did not upsell me on any extra project.

Another major project for the renovation was installing 6 dual-climate control units in the house. Again, Cody and his team talked through the project with us, explained the challenges, and the options that were available. They showed up a few weeks later and had the install completely done in a timely manner.

Highly recommend this company. They are honest, timely, and flexible. One of my top favorite companies to hire for job in the home.

I have been a customer with Auburn Heating & Air since 2008. Whenever I had issues they came out either the same day or 1 day later. If something that had worked on and the next day still had issues they were there within a few hours. I always get my furnace filters from them and have yearly maintenance. They are such great people.

I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message. To my surprise someone answered on the first ring and took my information.
I was told the earliest time they come out would be Tuesday, to my surprise I was called by Monday mid-day. The workers were great, they were able to diagnose and fix the chipmunk chewed wiring quickly and we were back up and running an entire day before my official apt. I would highly recommend their services.

Auburn Heating and Air is a great company! You can tell the employees care about making sure everything is running properly and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company!

AC quit working after 5 pm. Service tech called and showed up first thing in the morning. Installed new thermostat and found short in the wire for thermostat. While he was there he checked pressure and the capacitor. Very thorough and knowledgeable!

The service tech supplied us with all of our options and was not pushing us to buy a new furnace (which was one of the options) rather than wait until the warranty part arrived.

Lare review from July 2024, but Cody came out and replaced my underground waterline from the city curb stop to the meter in my home. I had crappy old questionable galvanized pipe underground. I couldn't be happier with the service and great clean job he did with my yard after the line was replaced. He is a great dude and was very attentive to any questions and concerns I had. Great work, and I would definitely recommend them for supply line service and replacement

We had a great experience with Auburn Heating and Air! Our motor needed replaced in the furnace, we told them we were on with another day to wait on the part to be delivered. They actually went and picked up the motor and repaired it same day! The individual that did the work was awesome, respectful and friendly! I would highly recommend Auburn Heating and Air!

We called for service on our air conditioner hoping to get it fixed that day. Logan was there within two hours and fixed the problem and gave us instructions on how to avoid the problem in the future. He was great! We always get outstanding service whenever we call.

Although we did not get a call back in the evening as promised the technician-lance was at our home by the next day. We are very happy with the service he provided.

Logan & Collin were both here and did excellent jobs! Needed parts and as soon as they received the parts they were on the road to install. Always communicating, pleasant to work with. Highly recommend

Just had a great experience with Logan and Ray, they were so polite and respectful. With this heat and such, they were here faster than we thought someone could come out. I have been using Auburn Heating and Air for a few years now and have not been disappointed. Every experience has been great and fast. Thankfully it wasn’t anything too serious and they explained in detail what they did. Highly recommend.

I was incredibly satisfied with the work the guys from Auburn Heating and Air Conditioning did at my home. My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days this winter. They came out and explained the issue to me and were honest about what needed to be done! Very nice and respectful guys!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
