We had our consultation with Nikki today and she was fantastic! I usually do not feel confident with sales reps and really have to do my research on the information that's given. I have to say with Nikki she was very informative, thorough and most of all honest! She was able to find issues with photographs in hand that I did not see. She answered all my questions ( which was a lot) and gave me information I could understand and felt confident in the information given. It is very rare that I agree to a contract on the first meet, however if you are in doubt she is the one you need to answer ALL your questions. Thanks again Nikki and look forward to starting the project!

Nikki came out to our home and explained our issues and the plan to fix it in great detail. She did an excellent job of explaining everything so I could understand. She was knowledgeable and kind. I trust her and this company and will be starting our project soon.

We were able to schedule an inspection within two days of reaching out. We got regular notifications of the visit. When the inspector, John Kaster, arrived, he was thorough in examining our house with several tools, and then explained the problem and solutions. His work, and the clear support behind him, have us confident about fixing our foundation problems.

Contacted Groundworks for a sinking foundation. Brock Bishop was the inspector who came. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous and we signed to have the repairs done. Brock provided a clear plan for the repairs and made our decision very easy. Highly recommend Groundworks company.

As promised by Brock, the crew came with a courteous call on the way. Crew chief Ceddy, along with Kevin and I believe Camron came. They were professional, efficient and courteous. Can't say enough about this level of service. Results were exceptional.

My name is Kevin Likes, I’m doing this review on chandler’s phone since my phone wasn’t working. The foreman chandler and his crew Devin, Terry, Marcus and Jordan did an excellent job on my crawl space. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They did excellent on communicating and exceeded my expectations. They were scheduled to do my crawl space in a week and got everything completed in 2 and a half days. Very impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone thinking about waterproofing their crawl space.

Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and said that his company couldn’t solve it. We appreciate his honest opinion about the issue. He also recommended another company to help us.

After almost 3 months after my basement wall repair and installation of sump pump /well the needed corrections to these items finally got started. The crew of Jacob & Devin did an excellent job extending the sump pump discharge line to a more appropriate distance from the structure. They also corrected some tape and caulking around the basement window not completed during the initial 4 day job.
Another item that needs repair is the stairway wall damaged while jackhammering for the floor gutters,.
The cracked wall review has been made by management requesting additional engineering guidance to the type of repair needed.

Several days after I called Groundworks, one of their local inspectors contacted me to set up an appointment. I was excited to find out that it was a woman! Amy Volka came over and did a thorough inspection and efficiently came up with my estimate on the spot. Amy has also been prompt in returning my calls to answer my questions.

Decided to encapsulate our crawl space with Groundworks. Field technician Carrie inspected the area and answered all our questions, very professional and friendly. The day of installation, the crew arrived on time, we met Foreman Ke'Saun and crew members, Cyrus and Heli. They were professional, friendly and hard working. They completed the work all in one day, cleaned up entire area, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Excellent work and would recommend this Company.

This crew came to my home. All were very professional. Tim met with me first to go over what was being done and to see if I had questions. They kept me informed of their progress. All were extremely polite. Very pleased.
My only concern would be why your sales rep sales claimed 3 days for the work and the gentlemen today took one day.

When I originally called, I was given a date for someone to come out to my house within a day or two. Carrie came and she was very nice and sociable. Seemed very knowledgeable and that is where it went downhill. It was days later before I was sent my contract. And that was after I told them I should not have to get nasty to get a copy of my contract. She sent it to me late 2 days later. Carrie never went over all of it when she was here. More like sign here kind of conversation. Communication this with company has been awful once they came to my house. Carrie promising she would let me know things and didn't. They were finally coming to fix my house, 3 months after signing. Once the crew came. They told me they can't do anything because he thinks we need more than what was on the contract. I asked how much and when can he come back to fix things. He sat out in his truck for almost an hour. He came back in and said he can't even get a hold of anyone in the office to talk to about this situation. He told me if I needed anything, to give him a call. I tried this morning, no response and I tried again later and he has not answered me. This company has a EXTREMELY POOR communication with customers. You would think that if a customer is paying as much as they want, they would take care of them. They don't care at all. I don't want anything to do with these people again except for my deposit back. If they can't fix my house or have the decency to stay in contact when a homeowner has questions then they don't want my business that bad. They talk the talk in front of you, but when they leave your house, you won't get any response from them.

When the salesman came out to our house he reassured that our mold and water problem would be fixed, wall covers put on, and a pit/cover for our sump pump. After a scheduling disaster, they come out to start work. They say they are only doing the foundation work. All of the other services are extra cost (very expensive). At this point the salesman cannot be reached by ANYONE. They get done working leaving our basement a mess, clogging our sump pump, breaking multiple things, and leaving big holes in our walls. Only to follow up with the company and they will give us slight discounts to get the remaining work done. I ask, will this fix my current mold problem? No - that’s an additional cost if you’re interested.

Please stay away from this company at all costs. Or else it will COST you a LOT

We had Patrick in to look at our crack in the walls and crawlspace. He was amazing! He was very professional and polite. I would recommend him to anyone that needed inspections or foundation work on there house!

Marq and Jai`Sean were very respectful easy to talk to and asked questions and answered questions, when they arise. Excellent work no trippng hazard anymore and guaranteed for 5 years. Super impressed also a big deal to me the pictures show exactly the condition was when they left . Clean!!

The complete crew of Wesley, Chase, Kody and Will were very professional and friendly. They kept me informed of all they were doing and how everything worked in lifting the house. When project was finished, the cleanup was complete. The project inspector, Patrick Richardville, was very professional and complete with estimate. Patrick informed us on what and how project would be done and worked with scheduler to set up dates for project.

My groundwork representative was John Kaster. He is very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable on your services. he explained everything to me He was not rushed or pressuring like some companies do. He answered all my questions and very, very helpful. He’s probably the best representative I’ve ever spoken with. 11 STARS. 😊

Andrew Parker took great care of us! No pressure on the sales front, just real, genuine answers and transparent dealings. Everyone showed up on time and got to work. Really impressed with how we were treated.

Patrick from the Fort Wayne office came out to give a free estimate at 5 pm and didn't leave until almost 6 hours later. He took measurements to show exactly where and how bad our floors were sinking. We developed a plan on how to address it so we can do some desperately needed remodeling. He was very cordial and the poor guy had to put up with my husband for that long. He was very thorough both in his inspection and explaining things in a way we understood.

The communication was a bit confusing to get 4 supports put in my crawlspace. My inspector told me two days before the workers came out that I would have a team lead by Zach. Then day of, I get an email/text saying Timothy would be arriving soon. But the team that did wonderfully on my supports (the reason this is a 5-star) were Levi, Jeffrey and Michael. They were in and out in under 2 hours, didn't bother me or my pets one bit. Levi was very cool and helped everything go over smoothly
