Jared arrived early for the appointment. He was friendly, professional, and provided clear information regarding the water main repair. He mentioned he would consult with Nick to determine the best repair options and allow me to choose my preference. I told them to proceed with the option they believed was best, as they are the experts.
Within a few hours, they coordinated with the local utility services to have underground lines (gas, sewer, and electric) marked. Nick then selected the least invasive route for replacing the water main, which I greatly appreciated.
Throughout the process, communication was excellent—via phone, email, and text—and the quality of their workmanship was exceptional. I highly recommend Galaxy Plumbing without hesitation.

Great service! Came out to give me an estimate within an hour of my call and then came back the next morning to take care of the issue which entailed removing concrete and installing a new sewer pipe under the slab. Very quick and efficient!
