Had some issues with celiing fan installation done by someone else. I was referred by a friend to give Frye Electric a try. They came right out and fixed the problem. The work was done professionally and for a reasonable price.

Great attitude and great customer service. Called for a problem at our rental late on Saturday night. Jeff came out and tracked down the problem and fixed it quickly. He was so friendly especially for such a late night call. In my opinion the fee was very reasonable for an after hours rate. I will definitely be using Frye for my future electrical needs and recommending them to others!

I have heard alot of great things about this company but I did get it confused with another company nearby my area that had recently closed. I called to get more info and was greeted by a very nice and knowledgable professional named Krista that addressed the questions that I presented. She took the time and patience with me and it was greatly appreciated. I look forward to doing business with this company in the future.

Very happy with the work completed. I've dealt with Peterman Brothers and Mister Sparky, and Jon and Ben from Frye were more knowledgeable and better to work with than either of those two. Also a fair price and they held to the estimate I got by email. If I need work done in the future, I know who to call.

I can't say enough to express how happy we are with the service we received from Frye Electric. We needed some new fixtures installed, a doorbell wire re-ran and a light post removed. Javier and Jazz were FANTASTIC to work with. They worked great together as a team, communicated well with us and even had a positive sense of humor. The work was done efficiently and effectively. This day and age, it's very hard to find a contractor who will respond to your calls, let alone show up on time and do great work for a fair price. Frye Electric is doing it right!

I had an outlet and a ceiling light fixture moved, and it was so convenient! Frye showed up and estimated the job in about 10 minutes, then got to work. They had to get into a tight space in my attic and did so without complaint or issue. Then, when the electric boxes were moved, they reinstalled my fixtures and even put in a dimmer switch for me. And they cleaned up any trace of their work. All in all, it took under two hours and they were very professional the entire time. They even gave my cat a little love. Highly recommend!

So we've had frye out 2x in the last year for my mom's aging condo. They were prompt, courteous and patiently explained everything to my 78yo mom. The were able to quickly identify and fix the issue both times. They are reasonably priced and communicate well with customers, my mom requested the same tech for the second visit since he was so patient and pleasant the first time, although they intended to send him he was busy longer than anticipated so before the appointment time they called and asked if it would be ok to send a supervisor as he was available at the appointment time. The supervisor arrived with an apprentice in toe and quickly fixed the issue even troubleshooting the rest of the line to prevent further issues. They completed quickly and explained everything to mom. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

We called Frye Electric after neighbors tree ripped our meter and conduit box off our house. The office staff and the crew had quick response time, very friendly and efficient. Will use again in future if needed and Highly recommend!

We called Frye Electric after an attempt to change a light bulb in our 18' ceiling resulted in the can light coming down a bit while trying to remove the bulb with a long-handled tool used for high ceilings. Since it appeared that the can was loose and needed to be reset or repaired we called Frye and explained the situation. We requested that they come repair the can and change the burnt out light bulb after the can was fixed. When the service techs arrived I explained the situation with the can and the burnt out bulb. I supplied them with a replacement bulb and they changed it then came down and said it was all fixed. I told them that the can still needed to be looked out because it had started coming out when we tried to unscrew the existing light bulb. They informed me that those cans always do that because of the way they are installed and affixed. They pull down and snap back up. The can did not need to be repaired. So the cost of the service call and the labor ended up being $190 - to change a light bulb. Frye's customer service contacted me to see how the appointment went. I told them that we explained the situation with the can coming down a bit and the need to repair it to a service technician and that the possibility of this type of can coming out a bit even when installed correctly was never mentioned. And I told her that we would not have requested them to come out if we had been informed of that possibility. Instead, we ended up paying $190 for the change of a light bulb. She politely said that, yes that was a lot and she was sorry that the tech on the phone did not ask any questions about the type of can, or suggest that it may be the type that came out a bit when pulling down on it. No offer to refund some of the fee was made. Just sorry and they will talk to the techs and suggest they ask more questions when responding to customer questions.

UPDATE - changing my review after receiving a call from Mr. Frye. Mr. Frye called me today to follow up with me regarding my "problem with the invoice". I explained the situation and reiterated that our dissatisfaction was that the service technician my husband spoke to could have possible averted the need for the appointment by mentioning the fact that what happened with the can was normal for certain types of cans and then we would have just changed the light bulb ourselves. He seemingly choose to ignore that concern and kindly explained how much more it could have cost us, so $190 definitely a fair price. Lucky us.

If we have any additional needs for electrician we will find another company.

Outstanding!! We had an emergency fire hazard with our breaker box sparking and needed it to be replaced last night (friday) they sent someone out so quick and he did a fantastic job of putting in a new box with in a few hours and they did not charge us an arm and a leg either!! Would highly recommend. I did not catch the guys name as my husband was the one that meet him cause we needed to leave the house, but who ever you are..bravo and thank you for your hard work on a late Friday night!!

Javier and Jason were awesome, very kind and informative. I am always nervous when a home repair/work needs done and they eased my mind greatly! Marley was also a huge help getting everything coordinated- highly recommend Frye electric!

I had an area in my house that didn't have any power and kitchen lights flickering. Had a previous electrician in family address it unsuccessful and was leary about time, cost to fix it. After research took chance on Frye and they were quick, professional and found a bad breaker in panel that I would have never thought of. They are my only electrician now.

Frye electric never disappoints. Very knowledgeable people. Tried a different company because Frye wasn’t available, and that was a mistake because they are the best!

Justin Bruning was the man on the job. He did a fantastic job. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable doing a great job.
He was pleasant answering all my husband’s questions and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. And yes it was $150 less than another quote. Our second experience with Frye Electric and won’t bother to get a quote from someone else in the future! Thanks Justin!!

I contacted Frye Electric for a quote for an electric vehicle charging station. The visit for a quote was scheduled quickly. The technician Chris was thorough and explained options for the installation and asked about the other quotes I received. Frye was the most cost effective provider and scheduled the install quickly. The install was also quick and looks great. Everyone throughout the process was kind and helpful!
