This company was the best decision I have ever made for our company. They are top notch, and Geoff Waller was AMAZING to work with!

Pro-Care has been nothing but exceptional here @ St. Luke. Our entire campus has taken on a different look with the presence of Pro-Care. From my Account Mgr. Geoffrey Waller, who has a great understanding of our needs - to their employees who always give that little extra and take pride in what they do - Pro-Care is family to us and we are blessed to partner with them!

Geoff is an A+ guy and so easy to work with. He explained everything and was very professional. Would definitely recommend!

Correction:
I originally left this company a one-star due to the low driver experience. I have changed it to five stars as the company has reached out to me and apologized and help to correct the situation. What more can I ask for but to give them five stars thank you. I called today about the companys' mobile truck #14. His driving was aggressive and hideous. I was being tailgated, flashing headlight behind me, blowing the horn. The short driver tailgated me and was swerving behind me because I was not going faster than 75 in a posted 55mph on hwy 465. Traffic was light and there was several other passing lanes. I called the phone # and complained to the woman that called me back that appeared to be the phone assistant/operator. She said that she knew exactly who this was and that He, will be reprimanded as He has been done in the past.
This is a poor representation of their company if they have employees that act this way on a public highway. I could only wonder what goes on behind the scenes when this person is on the job. I hope this problem gets resolved as it was not resolved the first time. If you look back in the posts, i found the same thing has happened in the past to other people. They posted their experience to the ratings ratings. I have no affiliation with that person that I can tell you I am so glad there is a truck number and the truck was identified with a company logo, so I could make that phone call today. I hope this is corrected so that other people will not be harassed on the highway as we were today, and others in the past.

I have been using Pro Care for three years for all my landscape and lawn maintenance. We have lot invested in our landscaping and it continues to look fantastic thanks to Pro Care services. From the normal spring prep and fall cleanup to trimming of ornamentals to weeding and fertilizing, Pro Care has done a fantastic job. Their staff are knowledgeable on plants, communicative on services and very professional. If you’re looking for lawn maintenance to total plant care, I highly recommend.

I contacted Pro Care about getting a quote on a landscaping job. I spoke with a gentleman named Geoffrey Waller, to set up a time to come view the property. Geoffrey came out the next day. He was very prompt, kind and extremely knowledgeable about our wants and needs for our property. He answered all our questions and gave us a lot of information to make our final decision. Would highly recommend this company and Geoffrey in particular!

Had an amazing experience. My contact Geoffrey was so professional from first contact right through the project. He checked back after completion to make sure we were satisfied.
We wanted a smaller profile in front of our porch and removal of a flower bed along the side. The crew was quick and good and we could not have been more pleased. 100% would recommend. The pictures really say it all.

Just like everyone else on these reviews. Nothing but a positive experience. Luis is extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. He and his crew did a fantastic job, and cleaned up every little bit of debris. Will definitely use them for service again without hesitation.

In the past week I had a tree stump removed. It was about 24 inches in diameter. All it took was one call and in 24 hours the stump was gone - No mess and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Tree of Life to anyone.

Luis and his crew did an excellent job on my tree and landscaping needs. They were quick and efficient while delivering high-quality work with fair pricing and responsiveness.

Luis was very responsive and quoted me a fair price. The work was done in several hours and it was not easy because I had let a lot of things go in my flowerbeds and beyond - but his crew did a great job, worked really hard and got everything completed and cleaned up in a timely manner! I really appreciate their work and the end result!! Thank you!!!

I had a bunch of different things that needed to be done, that were small on their own but added up. A corner of my yard had been overtaken by small trees, they cut those down and ground down the stumps. I have large trees that had dead branches hanging over my neighbor's roof and needed a 6 foot clearance cut over my roof, they cut back trees hanging over the street and removed unruly bushes around a crabapple tree. They removed large branches that had broken off in a storm and cleared brush away from my fence. All this was for $1500. They checked in with me and were willing to do some yard cleanup as well without increasing their quoted price even though it wasn't included in the estimate. What they didn't do was shape the trees, this was most obvious with the crabapple, but I also didn't specifically ask for that. They spent almost the entire day here working and got everything done for $1500, which is a great price.

While they were here the neighbor on the other side requested a large dead branch that had grown into his yard through the power lines be removed. This was an additional cost but my neighbor picked up part of the cost and they were flexible enough to complete it the same day.

We did initially have a problem connecting with each other. There were a few times I had to reschedule and a few times where he canceled late (sometimes due to weather) so it took about 2 weeks and my checking in several times to work things out. I recommend keeping in touch to make sure the project stays on schedule. Outside of that, it looks great and I am getting compliments on how much better it looks already. I'd absolutely recommend them and already have.

They did a thorough and excellent job at a great price. They were polite and courteous and respected the neighbors’ property and ours. They removed 40 dead trees for us…no issues and only good things to say. Many thanks to the team! They were very capable and prompt.
