We hired JPJ landscaping to do spring clean up, mulch and install river rock . From the personal attention of John, the owner, Tasha in office keeping us up updated, as it’s has been a very wet April and to the hard working crew of Octavio, Leondro, Italio,Tiko and John G they were all professional, friendly, kind and did an exceptional amazing job. We are more then pleased with the finished job and looking forward to working with JPJ landscaping in the future.

We used this company last year and was pleased with cost & quality. Great reply's from the office team. So I went back this year only to be ripped off. I needed less services this year & got charged almost the same. Simple mulch beds being cleaned out of leaves & sticks. I did add gutter cleaning for $150, which is fair. But they trimmed my landscaping & edged the beds last year with the clean up of the beds. The cost this year was only $40 less & they left a muddy mess on all my front & back porches. They were here 3hrs. They charged me nearly $800. My yard isn't big. Was expecting $400 or so. Never again.

Im a commercial property manager and I have used JPJ for 6 years now. John and Tasha have been amazing to work with. Working with JPJ is like working with a close friend/ family. I can always count on him to get the job done right and in a timely manner. I have used him to clear over grown fields, spring and fall clean ups, maintain the over growth around my pound, mulching, plowing, and lawn care.

I get weekly mowing and it is always looks SO good. Today, Hector & Yohandri came out & I’m just amazed. Looks like a painting when I look at my lawn lol. It’s literally perfect. I highly recommend JPJ Landscaping!

JPJ Landscaping LLC has been a reliable customer for a number of years. They are a great company to work with, have knowledgeable staff with excellent communication, and a great payment history.

My mother-in-law requested that I find a lawn care service provider for her in Westfield and I came across JPJ. Even though I've been working remotely with them on her behalf, their communication and service has been nothing short of exceptional. With her needing the whole nine yards done for her yard, they have gone above and beyond to make sure she has been satisfied. Thanks to John and team for all the good work. Definitely a crew I'd recommend!

USE WITH CAUTION!! Please see the attached photos of my yard before and after using JPJ's lawn mowing service last season. They tore up 90% of the grass that I had in my backyard. They would consistently rip through the yard without caution eventually leaving me with little to no grass. I have reached out to them numerous times without any remedy to the destruction. If you care about your lawn, look elsewhere.

This is our 2nd season with JPJ and we could not be happier! Our lawn looks amazing and our mulch beds are flourishing! Communication is top notch, which really sets them apart from the rest. Best lawncare company we have ever worked with.

I went with this company due to their reviews but have bad nothing but issues with them since I hired them. First off, their communication is horrid. On their first cut, they sent the crew to the wrong address yet told me they were delayed due to workload. My actual first cut when they showed up to the right place, was terrible with them scalping the grass in many places, uneven cuts and tons of dead grass left all over the yard. Their own landscaping team even commented that I should reconsider who does my lawn till I told them it was them. My Final Cut is what you see in the pictures. They didn’t trim, left front yard partially cut and didn’t finish the back yard either. They stated they could not complete due to the landscaping crew working yet it was their crew and would have taken on a moment for them to move, or worst case just come back to finish it. Neither was done nor did they communicate why they left it as they did.

On to the landscaping, their foreman is wonderful and the only shining light in this company from what I can see. She cares about what they do however she isn’t as knowledgeable of plants and allowed the hydrangeas to be cut all the way back to the ground so not sure a couple of my plants will survive.

Their pricing is way out of line as well for what you get. I made the mistake and admit, this is totally on my part, that I only looked at the bottom line of the quote where it states what the charges would be. What I failed to notice is the hourly charge of $75 per person per hour that they have. 5000k for less than 4 days of work when I was quoted significantly less for a larger scope of work from others. Lesson learned and hopefully this will save others from the same mistake.

He never stepped foot into my property but gave a quote based off pictures via email. His tone was also abrasive so even if he does great work and I can’t find anyone cheaper for the job I still wouldn’t choose to work with him.

They were professional, detail oriented and fun to work with. We've used them for everything from mulch and planting trees to hardscaping projects in our back yard. Matter of fact, we've used them so much, they're like family now. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any kind of landscape project!!

Jeremy and his crew just installed a new patio and fire pit for us. The final product is fabulous. Jeremy did a great job communicating during the entire project. We were also pleased that they stayed within the budget that we gave them. I would highly recommend them if you have any hardscape or landscape projects.

Wow! What a great job done! Not only did they cater to our every whim, but they did so in a way that turned out better than we could have imagined and in a quick timeframe (2 weeks from first day until last)!!! I feel like I can enjoy my back yard again!

Everything was delivered as promised and one morning, we left for a little league game and came home to installed and nicely edged mulch!! They even carefully folded my tarp and put it by the garage - an extra little detail that made an impression! Would definitely do this again.

It’s good mulch, and the delivery came on the date scheduled. Knocked off a star because their delivery charge is about $20 more than other haulers, which I suppose covers the donation they advertise as part of the package. Since there’s no way to verify if they pass that money along, I guess I’d rather keep the $20 and decide myself what I’d like to do with it.

Haultsr's communication with its customers is poor. I was never able to get confirmation of a delivery I needed to cancel due to rain, or a confirmation on a re-scheduled delivery either. While I appreciate Haulstr's heart to do good through charitable contribution and the quality of the product they finally did deliver is excellent - Haulstr nonetheless could do a Way better job of responding to customer emails and/or text messages. This customer btw could find No phone number to call Haulstr at.

Highly recommend! After years of schlepping and laying mulch myself, I'm over it! I decided to try Haulster because I heard about them through Keep Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB). I love that they give a portion of their fee to KIB. Mostly, I love that they have the option not only to deliver mulch, but to install it as well. The only thing that was a little off-putting is the week long delivery and installation window, make it 2-3 days if you can change that. I ended up getting my mulch delivered and installed on the same day! I did watch the installers to make sure they mulched the right spots (they mostly got it right) and that they didn't bury delicate plants, they did well with that, too. I'd hire them again for sure! Friendly, professional service delivering high quality firewood with offerings of kiln dried or naturally dried wood. Very pleased with Haulstr and will definitely use them again!

Delivery occurred a day earlier than what was promised. The two guys who delivered were professional and friendly, thanking me several times for my business. Everything was as expected, if not better. Would definitely use again.
