Fantastic support and service! Dwayne, the technician, was incredibly generous in fixing an issue with my heater. Shortly after his first visit, I had to call him back, and he returned within 20 minutes, solution ready. He inspected it again and found that there was no need for an extra part, which would have increased the cost! His honesty was much appreciated - it's rare to find heater repair technicians with such integrity, trust me, I've encountered plenty of less scrupulous ones! We met the team at a Colfax home show, where they answered all our AC repair questions and came out to check what we needed before giving us an estimate. We chose a multi-split system with a heat pump, and it has worked great for us—no big changes to our electric bill. When the system lost power, I found that the main power coupler was loose in the box (but not the main breaker). We called for help, and they sent Brody out early the next day. It turned out to be a simple fix, probably just not installed tightly at first. Brody also looked over the rest of the AC installation and the main breaker box and found everything else in perfect shape. We highly recommend their AC repair service.
