Our heater and thermostat were in such a mess that no one else could decipher. However, James and Brody stepped in and dedicated the necessary time to evaluate the situation, identified the problems, and serviced and rewired everything promptly! Our heating system has never operated more efficiently, and my wife has never been more content. She's no longer uncomfortably warm during her sleep at night. I can't praise this service enough. James' invoice was surprisingly modest considering the immense amount of work he and his team performed...he is genuinely a considerate individual who cares about his clients on every level.
Fantastic support and service! Dwayne, the technician, was incredibly generous in fixing an issue with my heater. Shortly after his first visit, I had to call him back, and he returned within 20 minutes, solution ready. He inspected it again and found that there was no need for an extra part, which would have increased the cost! His honesty was much appreciated - it's rare to find heater repair technicians with such integrity, trust me, I've encountered plenty of less scrupulous ones! I'm looking forward to having some more work done, most probably come spring, and this will definitely be my go-to company!
