This family owned business took care of our family as one of their own. If you have boiler baseboard heat, these guys are highly professional, experienced, and they have vast knowledge in the heating and HVAC world. It cannot be overstated that these guys are the best and you will be well served. Thank you Robert, Amy and the whole team. When they learned we had been without heat, they personally drove space heaters over to our home and came back first thing in the morning to work carefully and until the job was done. Great company to work with. Robert Kirby gave a bid on a new furnace that was a good competitive price. The installers were on time and complete. We were completely satisfied with the job. Robert followed up with us after completion to make sure we were satisfied .
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From the customer service representative in the office to the technicians, they are all so kind and willing to help. I’ve had Larry out to my house a couple times in the past 6 months for problems with our furnace. After attempting a couple affordable solutions, this time we knew we would need a major repair. I called Kirby at 3:30pm and they had someone to my home by 4:00pm. Larry was quick and professional and even though it was a major repair it was again affordable. I will never call anyone else.

We needed both a new furnace and new a/c, and Kirby Heating and Air quickly provided detailed quotes for a couple of different options. They were responsive in answering all of my questions, and once the install was scheduled, their crew arrived on time and completed everything in a timely manner. They also cleaned up everything before they left. In fact, the only evidence of them being there was the now near-silent system. I ended up choosing the option recommended by them, and I've been very happy with it!
