I had Kelli & Keri today, they did an absolutely AMAZING job. I couldn’t be happier. They were very nice & friendly, but most importantly… they cleaned their butts off! My house desperately needed it. VERY HAPPY.

Kelly and Meagan come weekly to clean and everything is immaculate! They do such a great job. If you need cleaners just try them, you won’t be disappointed!

I have to update this review as the last several cleans I have had to point out missed things, and the cleaning service has been going down hill.

I have had this cleaning service for over a year now and it has gotten worse each time. If I have to constantly ask to hit missed spots, especially the same missed spots time and time again, it is frustrating.

Two hours to clean my home is not long enough, and when there is supposed to be a deep clean, i expect it. They missed banisters, the master shower, the counters had to be redone, they did not do the fireplace mantle or the hearth, missed dusting pictures hanging on hall wall, knick knacks were not dusted, i had to ask to vacuum it and wipe off the mantle, it had left over Christmas glitter, this was also missed last clean. They are scheduled every other week.

Glass doors of shower were not done initially until i asked, then when the shower was redone they still did not do the glass.

When we first hired Merry Maids of NWI Crown Point, one of their cleaners was really rude and I still kept them and remained loyal, i have had issues with past cleans too, but the owner does work out compensating for unhappy clients so that is a plus, but the real issue is the value. There is no value when you have to keep nagging to fix things that are missed, or get frustrated over and over because of the same things. Nobody wants to be a nag.

You pay to have your house cleaned to give you peace of mind and a break. I work hard for my money to be able to pay for this service and it is very disappointing.

Kayla and Meagan have not been on the same team cleaning my home for a long time, so my initial 5 star has now become a 2 star as it is with different cleaners.

Kayla and Megan did a fantastic job, took their time and were not rushed and I could not be more pleased. Everything is sparkling and smells so clean! I appreciate that they actually wiped down counter appliances and were here longer than the previous crews because they take their time which is what customers want so things are not missed. Everything is perfect after they cleaned! Even my floors sparkle! Previous crews have dust from mop and streak marks on the floors. These girls know their job and do it well.

Updating to include that this team is still doing a fantastic job at my Crown Point home!

Great experience overall! My husband hired them to do a deep clean of the house after we had some construction projects done. Kayla and her team were just awesome! Everything was professionally cleaned from top to bottom in my mom’s condo. It had been too long but these ladies did an awesome job. They were the nicest ladies and worked very quickly. Glad I picked them and will be calling again soon.

We have been getting our lawn mowed by them for a few years. They always come each week on the usual day and keep our yard looking fresh! They also did a spring cleanup to our landscaping this year and it looks so much better. Definitely a reliable company!
