When they come, they have 3 people on a crew sometimes 4. They hustle and get the job done quick and right. The grass is not cut too short or left long. They edge and it looks professional. They blow the side walks after each cut. The crew is courteous and friendly.
Glad I went with them . Having an estimate done for landscaping. Dan was knowledgeable and mentioned problems I did not see with my yard that would cost me on the future.

Initially, my experience was pretty good, but over time I have recognized that I'm not really happy with the results. I had blade cutters come out and level the ground where an old patio and hot tub had been, as well as install buried drainage. the ground leveling is fine, very good actually, but I'm not happy with the communication about the drainage. We discussed where to terminate the buried downspouts, and I wanted them further back in the yard so they would not obstruct a path I planned to install. The day they installed them, they didn't tell me they were coming until that morning (they sent a text). They showed up while I was at work and no one was home; and of course, they did not terminate the downspouts where we agreed, and installed them EXACTLY where I want other landscape features. It felt like they wanted to work behind my back so they didn't have a home-owner watching. They did come back and fix them, but now there is a joint in the ground that roots can infiltrate and block up.

A year later, I now realize that they also did not use perforated tubing, which they said they would, and so the end of my yard is a swamp because the water has no chance to inflitrate the ground along it's route. In general, I just wanted more of a dialog -- I'm not an expert and so if my request was a bad one I would have liked for them to help me undestand why and discuss alternatives. There just wasn't a good dialog, which is the main reason for my low rating.

I plan on actually pulling out the installed drainage and creating a dry creek bed myself. This experience has turned me off to the idea of buried drainage. What a waste of money and labor.

Blade Cutters did my Serenity garden and the came in at my price and very professional. It turned out beautiful . All my neighbors love it as much as myself ! They are trustworthy and do what is asked . I highly recommend this company . Gayle was not only professional but she knew exactly what I wanted .

Great service & value. Blade Cutters is responsive and make you feel very involved in the process. Quick to answer any questions too. I always got a timely response. Now I have the best yard in my neighborhood. My grass looks fantastic as does the landscaping.

Blade Cutters was a fantastic provider. From initial call to get a quote - to someone coming out to quote - to cutting my lawn, was only a matter of about 48 hours. Their crew did a fantastic job on our property and were well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing landscape work and design. Gayle is extremely helpful and will guide you along through the entire process. Will use them again and 100% recommend!. They won't oversell the work you are looking for or try to get you to purchase things you don't need.

There is places that are a few dollars cheaper, but you get what you pay for, I switched to blade cutters and they exceeded my expectations! The edging looks amazing!

Gayle is extremely rude and condescending. She was more than happy to take my $4000 deposit when i asked how soon can you get started? It then took over 2 months for them to start and complete my job. Their communication was non-existent. If I didn’t call them then I wouldn’t get any updates. I had to call and text weekly to find out when they were going to do the work I paid them to do. Gayle then Texted at 9:30pm saying they would be there the next day. I had client appointments and was NOT happy about it. They threw away my dogs favorite toy vs tossing it up onto the deck, when I confronted them about it they said they didn’t see it. However when I returned home the toy was back in the yard.

They finally finished and Gayle blew up my phone while I was at work demanding the final payment. I told her to stop harassing me and I would pay online. She wasn’t happy with that and actually came to my house, parked in my driveway and called me 7 times leaving threatening voicemails. In one of her messages she threatened to have her workers tear down my fence and destroy my yard.

I never had a signed contract with them, verbally we had agreed to a price and she was trying to charge me more than we agreed.

I would never hire them again! Gayle should not work with people, her attitude is horrible and condescending.

Hired Kevin and Bladcutters to do an extensive and complicated project around our new inground pool. The project had many challenges including various grade challenges, overall budget and other contractor timelines. Kevin worked with me on numerous design changes prior to and during the project. His crew led by Alfredo were absolutely amazing! These guys work their tails off and truly care about their workmanship, taking pride in everything they did. Its the little things I and my neighbors appreciated like NEVER leaving a mess on the street or sidewalk like other Contractors had. Finding a contractor these days with integrity is difficult but I found it with Bladecutters. My backyard oasis vision came together nicely and I can't wait to enjoy it next spring! Thanks Kevin, Thomas, Jaoquin and Alfredo (and the boys) for everything!!

After speaking with owner about some problems we had going on in our yard, he was confident that his team could handle the job. The Blade cutter crew was on time, worked hard, and left our yard looking like it belongs on the cover of a gardening magazine! Thank you Kevin, you handle your business with integrity and it shows!

Blade Cutters helped us create an attractive no-mow landscape comprised of native prairie plants consistent with our surroundings. They surpassed expectations. Owner Kevin was responsive and eager to please. Alex and his crew’s attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is greatly appreciated. They under promised and over- delivered. Kevin does a fantastic job! What he did for me actually made the cover of a few magazines. He's conscientious, thorough and very attentive to detail. He actually works for me at several properties.

They have the best quality in all their plants and trees. They have a large variety as well. They know what they are doing and are willing to answer any questions you have. We have the best landscape in our neighborhood!

These people are awesome! Roger and Joe are the best and will be totally honest. Quality work. Hard to find honest hard-working people nowadays.

Called looking for organic compost in bulk, which they do not have, but he gave me a few other places I could try. Very helpful, they care about their customers more than the bottom line.

Knowledgeable staff, very professional and hard working. I walked through the gate for the first time about 4 years ago and have since developed an outstanding professional relationship. I won't go anywhere else in the region anymore for my landscaping or garden needs.

I had a load of firewood delivered.
The wood is seasoned and burns well. The young man who delivered it was very polite and professional.
