First time at the nursery. They had some hearty quality plants there. All the folks I ran into there were friendly and helpful. Drop on in and tell em TJ sent ya.

UPDATED: Very disappointed for the first time: 6 yards of garden mix was contaminated with old batteries, plastic shards, fist size rocks and electric cable. It looked more like soil dug out than garden mix.

Contaminated soil like this should not be sold. The company never returned call and emails on topic. Be warned. This is not what you want to plant your food in.

-Update: got a reply on my facebook comment and they noted that they had a bad source for this soil. They are looking to work with me to make this right so I am changing my rating from low to high based on the fact that they are looking to back their product. Wish I had received a call back on the orig complaint but they now responded.

I purchased a tree, plants and shrubs from Niemeyer's Landscape Supply and I am very happy with my purchase. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. A few summers back, we also purchased gravel rock from Niemeyer's Landscape Supply it was a very convenient experience.

Hours aren’t accurate online. I arrived when it said they were open and they were still there but I was turned away. All I wanted was a gift card. I have had positive experiences there in the past but the single star is for the inconvenience of driving up there for no reason.

I just purchased shrubs a tree and flowers from Neimeyers. I made a mistake on there closing time. Insisted on coming back next weekend but Wayne, Kate, and one other that I didn’t get her name. All stayed over past closing to make sure I got what I was looking for. Took the time to show me what to do with it all when I got home and before and after planting. Very professional and helpful. Can’t wait to come back for more at a later date. Once again thank all three of you for all your patience expertise and time.

All the staff at Niemeyer's are great! We are a local landscaping company and really appreciate how professional they are when working with us, both on the stone and hardscape side and the Garden Center. We love their plants! And so do our customers!

I purchased all my plants and flowers from Niemeyer's this year. With their guidance on how to plant, and the little extra things I can do, my flowers have never looked better. Its great having a local business with knowledge you can trust.

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable. Big difference between here and the big box stores. Home depot and others are great for some things, but definitely don't have the variety and know how that niemeyers does when it comes to the green thumb.

I just returned from Niemeyer & should I need anything else, I won’t go anywhere else. The staff was helpful and friendly. I can’t imagine they didn’t have anything I could need. They loaded everything into my car without asking & insisted on doing it themselves. I just googled nurseries this morning & clearly went to the right place.

Searching frantically for my checkbook and received a call from the nursery at Niemeyer's that a employee found it !!! Wow!!! How absolutely kind they were to call me& kept it safe for me to pick up!!! Thank you , for your honest help!! Your employees were so kind & helpful with planting suggestions. Thank you.

Same here- I picked up a half yard of garden mix and it had trash as well. Needs to be sifted. Be careful when using your hands- found pieces of glass in the load as well.

I have always had an excellent experience here. Staff are very interested in helping and knowledgeable. At one point I got a 30 minute tour around the place talking about different plant options and helping to educate me to accomplish my landscaping goals. I love coming here.

Delivery went great. Customer service is on piont. I truly would love to deliver goods to this place again in the Future.

Hire better drivers, not only did I get cut off this morning but they also made everyone’s commute behind them take longer than necessary

Want trash in your garden soil? Well this is the place to go! Seriously, what you will get is mostly rocks, large twigs, and tons of trash. It's almost like they picked this up from the nearest landfill! Before I bought 3/4 yard from them I asked as many questions as I could and they couldn't tell me much aside from the fact that they source it from some undisclosed location. I asked if I could know where that was so that I could contact them and ask about the ratios of compost to sand it contains and they wouldn't tell me. They also don't know the difference between garden soil and compost because they said it was the same thing!

So when I brought this trash home I started filling my raised beds immediately. Due to the obscene amount of garbage in it, a job that should have taken me about 2 hours max to unload, fill wheel barrow, and dump into the beds, took three days! I had wasted so much valuable time sifting through this crap picking out pieces of plastic, large rocks, shards of glass from what looks like broken beer bottles (yes, glass!), clothing fibers, large twigs, and tons of mulch. I am just glad I was wearing thick gloves and my daughter wasn't helping me this time because with the amount of glass in this "garden soil" someone was bound to get a deep cut.

I try my very best to grow my family's food in the most organic way possible, and now I can't even say that because all of my raised beds are now contaminated with this crap. Even after picking out as much trash as possible it still doesn't seem right to use this stuff, but now it's too late. If you care at all about what goes into your garden, please avoid this place like the plague!

I’ve just recently got pots for our porch and I’m learning how to group. The ladies at Niemeyer’s today were so sweet and helpful with creating two of these arrangements for each side of our front door!
