Very helpful and friendly people. Service was great and I was very happy with the prices. I have used them twice already, definitely would recommend them.

Kelly helped me with a couple of orders of top soil. She was friendly and professional. These reasons will have me going back to Hubinger.

Smallish family owned place. High end plants. Unusual species and wide variety. Not cheap but excellent quality plants.

They went above and beyond in their attempt to resolve our plant issue. Even tho we had used another service and we had not indicated that we were making a purchase today they made contact with someone they felt could give us answers. 5 stars!!

I love Hubinger Landscaping. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very wide selection of plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, mulch, stone, etc. Very spread out. I could go to closer garden centers, but I know I will find it at Hubinger.

Very easy process to get bulk material. My projects are always smaller, requiring only a few hundred lbs., of whatever I'm getting but I usually save $50 or more buying bulk from Hubinger.

Just installed seven trees, three 15 foot marmo maples, and four 7 foot emerald greens. Came with a powerful auger and did a great job. Very professional. Four stars because they are a bit expensive and because they did not cut off the top of the burlap on the trees. We had to dio that.

I’ve been using Hubinger landscaping for years and they never disappoint. Joe and crew put in 2 retaining walls in the backyard, landscaped and installed sod plus a small patio. They made a beautiful yard for my kids. He also redid my front steps and walkways.

Hubinger's nursery and landscaping is a fantastic place for all your gardening needs. Beautiful selection of flowers, trees of all types, planters and a whimsical assortment of garden decor. Great selection of hanging baskets that brings a really special touch to your yard. Great customer service, very helpful and will happily guide you to any special items and also sales and clearance items. Nice selection of assorted decorative pavers, mulch, stone and great quality.

Needed help with a dead spot adjacent to the sidewalk leading up to the clinic door (problem with salt from winter). We also had a problem with rain runoff that was digging holes in the pumice stones and sod around the perimeter. Well, hats off to Charlie Hall and the guys at Hubinger. They were able to solve both problems with brick edging to contain the stones and replace the dead sod. A few changes in water run off from the down spouts and the place looks great. The cost was very reasonable. Charlie is a great person to deal with. Caring and accommodating and devoted to doing the right job and customer satisfaction.

I bought a tree here 30April22 and 6 others at Niemeyer. Had tree from here not come back after winter. Went to report the loss on 4May23, told it was past the 1year buy date and could only help with original receipt and within the year. Niemeyer’s same dates. I walked in there with a picture of one of the shrubs I lost and “THEY” pulled my purchase history up on their system and gave me the option of getting exact same plant or a gift receipt. I know now the only Nursery I will ever go to now.

A friend was verbally assaulted by an employee of this company because the employee saw a "love is love" sticker on my friends car. I connected the company asking if they condone hate speech. The fact that this person felt emboldened to do this while serving as a representative of this company with absolutely no fear of consequences is quite telling.

In my opinion this is the best place in Northwest Indiana to buy all of your gardening needs. Not only do they have an amazing selection of perennials but they also carry a lot of annuals as well. And don't forget the trees! They have a huge selection, and they'll even plant them for you! I love Hubingers! Number one in NWI!!!

I have only used them for a phone-initiated delivery of garden mix topsoil so far, but I am very pleased! I get a little nervous before such things, bur my anxiety was quickly assuaged. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, if a bit brusque, and delivery was top notch. As far as I can tell, so is the product. Will be calling on Hubinger for my next garden project for sure!

I ordered stone from here over the phone. I had my dimensions and was ready to order. I spoke with Kelly in the garden center/ bulk materials and she advised me to order a little more according to the dimensions that I provided. It was the perfect amount, thanks to Kelly! They even delivered it that afternoon. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Made an order over the phone. It was little difficult because there was customers waiting in line while they took my order. We had to call each other back and forth to finish the order but that was my only complaint. The Aqua Blue Rock 4.3 tons that I ordered came in the next day and my customer was happy the result. The driver was very nice and had great communication. I will order from them again.

Update: Lorraine called me right after this episode to discuss the roses and how she could help. I was able to take them over today. Lorraine and Debbie repotted and pruned them. These roses are very special to me. I’m so thankful they were able to save them.

I bought two lovely rose bushes from a lovely lady two months ago. They were doing great until about 10 days ago. I went over to the nursery today with photos just to ask for advice on what to do to fix the problem. Unfortunately, there was only a bearded man in that little check out window. He was not interested in helping me. He was talking down to me. I don’t need attitude or eyes rolling! I needed help. I asked for the owner or anyone else that was in charge but no one. I could’ve went to Walmart and got better service. And I would’ve spent a lot less money.
