In the middle of the night my furnace went out, I called around and got no help. Then I called Masters. They was able to get me in touch with an amazing technician , Paul. It was late , despite that, he got me taken care of that way my house could have heat through the night. Paul's a saint , Masters helped me when no one else could.

Larry did a great job making our furnaces in tip top shape and ready for the cold temps. Friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Masters.

Ian was very knowledgeable. The heater in our garage stopped working. Of course right before Ian got here it started working. He explained a couple different options I could do. He is a very nice person to deal with.

Shelby was great when he came to check why our HVAC was not heating! Very nice and super informative! We were so thankful that someone was able to come the day of our call especially with temps in the single digits! Masters has always been our go-to when it comes to anything HVAC!

Our furnace stopped working finally. It Unfortunately right before a winter weather advisory but they were able to to get us set up for new one to be installed in two days with being so busy. They helped us get everything figured out within hours and they offered to loan heaters until we have our furnace installed. Amazing service and great customer service.

Larry came in and checked my furnace quickly and replaced the filter. Didn't take long and he also set up my next appt for the fall check up on A/C unit. I appreciated that because I usually forget when fall comes around. Great job!!! Thank you!
