Sikma did the plumbing on our brand new house. Within the year, I noticed leaking around my kitchen sink. My husband opened the cabinets to have a look and due to (sikma says was faulty, I don’t know) a faulty seal, the seal exploded and the seal and whatever else that flew out almost hit my husband in the face. It would have seriously injured him if it had. We immediately cleaned up the flood of water all over the hardwood floors and even down into our basement. We went out and bought big fans and a dehumidifier and sikma (I’m guessing because our builder called them, I’ve never been able to get anyone on the phone) came out the next day to fix it. They replaced the seal and drilled holes into my kick plate to place another dehumidifier. After that they came back to get their equipment then sent someone out to measure the kick plate to replace it. I haven’t seen or heard from them since and that was almost two years ago. I have called numerous times, left messages and even sent them a messege on messenger, nothing. I still have holes in my kick plate and now two of my showers drip constantly. After we went out and spent hundreds of dollars on fans and dehumidifiers to save our floors so that Sikma wouldn’t be on the hook to replace them, they can’t even come back and replace a kick plate. I would not recommend unless you want a sub par plumber that won’t come back and fix the mess that they made.

We thought our 8 year old water heater needed to be replaced with water pooling under it. Turns out it was just the expansion tank, much less expensive! All employees were personable & professional. Appreciated they left our space as clean as before.

Sikma was a professional experience. Had them connect one building with another for gas and water. Came is and was done quickly. Gave a good price and took care with the cleanup and final product. Was very happy with the whole experiences. Would recommend using them.

I called Sikma after being referred from my heating and air conditioning service.....BIG MISTAKE! The man who called told me that he would contact me after he finished another job. He called back around 3pm and kept beating around the bush asking questions wondering if I needed another hot water heater, and if he comes to turn off the water then, "you'll have to pay me, we are the cheapest ". I got the impression that he didn't want to come out to look at it. After all his talking and going in circles, he asked for pictures, by then it was 4pm. Fortunately I called another reliable plumbing company, I'm having the new water heater put in today at a very reasonable price. Won't call Sikma again.

Had them replace our water heater and they were the cheapest out of 6 other companies. Randall was professional and installed quickly. I've read other reviews and Randall is not rude.

After returning from vacation i realized that the drains in my basement where backed up. I used Sikma for rodding of my sewer lines. They are excellent!!! I cannot recomend them more. Simma is HONEST, proffessional and had very affordable/reasonable pricing. (I was very worried about the cost because i had previpusly used a different company (summers) for the same issue, it was extreamy expensive, i was told i needed repairs that would total over $10,000 and was pressured to pay for a monthly membership.) Randall arrived the same morning i called. He was extreamly kind, friendly and explained everything to me.

I had another company come out and quoted me repairs to at an insane price. Called Sikma for a second opinion per Facebook recommendations. Randall was very helpful and came out the next day with Cameron. They placed a camera in the line, and walked me through everything about my sewer line as the camera was moving. They even tested the flow as I watched the cameras. It turns out my line did not need repaired, and the flow was good. Small amount of roots but they were not blocking anything yet. Sikma took care of them, and I was good to go. I truly appreciate the knowledge of Randall and Cameron. I learned a lot, felt I was in good hands, and most definitely use and recommend them.

Contacted Sikma Plumbing for cost to replace my 14 year old Water Heater, received the best price in town and the highest quality work from Cameron. Discussed my aging Sump Pump system and decided to have that done as well. Again, best price, best quality unit and fast and efficient work performed by Cameron. I am sure they will beat any quote from other Plumbing companies.

Randall and Cameron installed a new water heater today. It's only been a few hours but everything seems normal. Wanted to let you know my experience with them. Out of a scale of 1 to 5, I would absolutely rate them both at 10. Very professional and personable. Job well done and a shout out to both of them. They treated my home as if they lived here. That`s rare. I'm so glad I chose Sikma and even more glad that they did the job. You should be very proud of them both. Thank you so much. Honest plumber who talked me through a simple fix. The rest of the companies jumped right to replacement, but Randall at Sikma Plumbing gave me the advice to fix it myself. I appreciate it greatly.

Brandon did a great job fixing a leak in my shower that turned out to be more complicated than expected. The threads inside the wall had snapped off, but he was able to remove the broken pieces without cutting into the drywall, which I really appreciated. He installed a new Delta showerhead and arm, everything looks clean and solid, and the leak is completely gone. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work. I’d definitely recommend him and this company to anyone needing plumbing work done right.

We had a low water pressure problem in our shower/bath combo. It was alot of work to find the issue. But they Found it Fixed it and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up after themselfs. Explained everything they were doing along the way, since they had to troubleshoot the problem. I was very impressed and Look forward to working with Brandon Again there.
