Needed gutters cleaned out so I got on AngiesList and submitted a request. Within 30 minutes I got a quote from Done Gutter Cleaning. I had also received quotes from a few others companies and Done Gutter’s was about $70 less. I scheduled to have it done the next day between 9am-6pm. I got an email notification when they were enroute. I LOVE that Done Gutter comes out and completes the job regardless if you are home or not and then sends electronic invoice afterwards via email.

I am 100% satisfied and will not only continue to use them annually, but I’ll be recommending Done Gutter to everyone.

Gutters needed to be cleaned for the spring. Done Gutter offers easy appointments online and you don't have to be home when the service is completed. They provide a full report with pictures and love that they leave the service area immaculate. Also billing and payment are so convenient. They are great!

Amazing service that is fast, easy to book, and high quality work. The price was very affordable, especially for a two-story house surrounded by trees. And they proactively reduced the final bill because I chose an additional service that I ultimately did not need. Highly recommend Done Gutter for gutter cleaning services. It was very easy to request an estimate on the website and schedule service through a link on the estimate. Highly recommend Done Gutter for gutter cleanings. I used them last year and re-hired them this year to clean my gutters. They are very professional, friendly, detailed, very reasonably priced and on-time. I was provided an email with an estimate and scheduled my service online which was very easy and convenient. They provided me with an email to let me know when a technician was 20 minutes away. The technicians provided me with a very detailed report, before and after photos of my gutters, along with an inspection of my gutters if any needed replaced. I look forward to using them in the future and will definitely be recommending them to all my family & friends.

We are at the age where climbing to the roof is ill advised. We contacted Done Gutter to clean the leaves and debris out of our 2 story home's gutter system. They did a fantastic job, complete with pictures when they were done. We will contact them again!

Had these guys come out to clean our gutters. The whole process of scheduling and getting a quote was handled online. I didn’t have to be present when the job was done. Once the work was complete, they sent me a full summary with photos of the work they did. All of that was great.

But the reason I will definitely be using them again is because there was a rather significant amount of debris on my roof—so much, in fact, they had to make two trips to complete the work. They sent me an email apologizing for not getting all the work done initially (which was totally unnecessary) but also noted that they would not charge us anything extra for the clearing of the roof. I would have been happy to pay extra for the extra work they did, but the fact that they stood behind their quoted price really impressed me.

I will only be using Done Gutter in the future because they really went above and beyond. (And I’ll call them again before we get so much junk on our roof next time!)

I've used Done Gutter for gutter cleaning several times. The do good work and are hassle free. I love the online scheduling. They show up when scheduled and get done quickly. The before and after photos they provide prove how clean my gutters are when they're done.

It was very easy to schedule and the price reasonable. They cleaned out a massive amount of debris that I was not able to come even close to. They marked my downspout extensions and they sent a nice video showing what they did. Excellent communication and work from the company. I will definitely be using them again.

I have buried downspouts that had become clogged and causing water to sit on my porch. I found this company through recommendations from a local social media group. It was easy to get a quote and schedule online. Communication was excellent. Once the job was completed, I was sent a video of the process along with their findings and recommendations. The gentleman from dirt detectives came to my house and was very polite. He did a wonderful job cleaning the couch that we had bought second hand. When he was done it looked new and squeaky clean and I was very very happy with the work he did. He was determined to clean every last spot on the couch.
