Moses was prompt, professional and extremely thorough. It was obvious at the onset that he was there to do the best job possible with my sofas, carpet and accent rug. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.

My experience was exceptional. I was able to see an immediate difference in the appearance of my carpet. The technician was polite and courteous while providing education on the steps he would take to clean the carpet. I had 4 rooms and a set of stairs cleaned. I was impressed with the job done and will definitely use the service again.

I had carpet that I was told the stain would not come out and would need to have my carpet replaced. Dirt detectives were able to get out the stain I saved having to replace the carpet. They were friendly and fast. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing. I had a 7 year old carpet in a rental property that they brought back to life. Prior to using their service, I tried another company who arrived at my property with basically a Rug Doctor machine. I was extremely upset with the results. I’m so happy that I selected Dirt Detectives to clean my carpet and grout. My appointment was scheduled for 9am. My doorbell rang at 9am. He came in and went straight to work. 2.5 hours later, my carpet and kitchen floor look new. All the stains are gone! Not only was the cleaning 5 star, his customer service was 5 star as well. We just bought a new condo and had concerns that with the condition of the carpet it would need to be replaced due to the extensive stains. So I had little hope that Dirt Detectives Floor Care could get it clean. Well Moses proved me wrong. I could not be happier with the results. And the professionalism was top notch. Every effort to protect walls, block noise, clean up etc was done along with being very courteous. I would highly recommend Moses and Dirt Detectives Floor Care.

Showed up right on time and started to go to work! Very friendly and very fast and within minutes my wife said, "It already smells so good." Very professional and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially those with pets that have accidents on the carpet every now and then.

Amazing service. We just bought a house and I wasn't sure if we would be able to keep the carpet. We called Dirt Detectives because of a recommendation from a friend and they were even able to make an evening appointment. They ended up saving us a ton of money by restoring the carpet to look brand new! With all the new house and moving costs we really appreciate the savings.

This service was much needed. My carpet was in terrible shape and needed some special TLC. I called Dirt Detectives Floor Care to do the job and wow did they deliver!!!? Let me just say this- if there were 10 stars Dirt Detectives would get all ten!!! Moses was prompt, SUPER professional, and more than accommodating! I’ve used so many well-known, large chain services and NOTHING compares to THIS service! I was taken aback that only one person arrived (the owner, no less) and yet Moses sanitized and deep cleaned my entire home (3 levels) in just a few short hours! Moses even advised me on how to keep my carpet as fresh and well-maintained as possible in between cleanings! I’ve never experienced that before! The only regret I have is that I hadn’t taken advantage of Dirt Detectives services sooner! I’ve referred family who have already used them and are equally as satisfied as I am! Seriously, going with Dirt Detectives is the only logical choice! Did I mention that they’re super economical in this competitive market? You actually get MORE than what you pay for!!!

Excellent service! I was reminded to rate these guys after having a frequent visitor walk into my home and immediately notice that we had our carpet cleaned because the stairs in the entry way look so good. In 6 years we've never had the stairs cleaned. I've personally used my Bissell Carpet cleaner on our high traffic areas but I have to say I feel as if I've wasted time.
They were on time, professional, in uniform, & wore shoe covers. The price was great for 3 rooms, stairs and hallway. They told me upfront that some stains would not come out, but I'm pleased--especially in the high traffic areas.
I also have to add that our plush carpet on the stairs and upper level had never been cleaned only vacuumed. It feels brand new again and I can only describe it as feeling soft like after conditioning hair. Very pleased! I highly recommend Dirt Detectives.
