I had a terrible experience! A dispute over some damaged property of mine ended horribly. I was satisfied with the way they cleaned but when a dispute arose they didn't handle it like a company I would ever do business with.

WARNING! This company employed cleaners who stole my sister in laws wedding ring, band, and push present ring. When contacted to inform them the items were stolen, they implied she misplaced all three in a drain. The rings were in one spot when the cleaners started and were gone when they left. No remorse or assistance from the company responsible for employing thieves. Do not hire them unless you want the possibility of being robbed.

House cleaners are friendly & very cooperative about starting in other areas if you’re busy in a certain area. They get right to work & they don’t stop until the job is done. If they happen to miss something it is recorded so whoever comes next time they are reminded to pay attention to whatever was missed. I’m very happy with the service.

I cannot even describe how pleased I am with A1! After moving elderly my mother out of her home to Michigan-I needed to find a service to totally clean the slightly neglected home and get it ready to sell. My son had researched various services and suggested A1. Dealing with a company from 300 miles away was a bit unnerving, but I worried for no reason! After my initial call to Pete, the owner, he called me back within a couple hours after visiting the home. I was able to specify my expectations and Pete told me exactly what results I could expect!

Beyond impressed with the professionalism and excellent service I received! With two little ones. it's hard to find time to clean between the laundry, dinner, school, etc. Having my house cleaned took so much weight off my shoulders. We have used A-1 for several years now. They are very friendly and accommodating if you need to switch dates. It’s so nice coming home to a clean house and it saves us time having to do it with 2 kids. They do a great job and even tidy up the kids rooms. :)

A-1 cleaning has been cleaning our home for almost 2 years. All their staff is friendly and professional. I never had a house cleaner who smoked, which is huge to me. They are great about keeping you up to date on changes in staffing. I would highly recommend this service.
