Very thorough, always looks awesome!!! I've never had a problem with theft (one of my major concerns since they're there when I'm not home). The employees are very respectful of my house and my kittens! We did have a problem with the house not being up to standard. Jen was super cool about it and even came herself the next day to make sure it was done right!! Would recommend time and time again!!!

I had called to schedule a deep cleaning and wanted the pricing for return services. I spoke with Jennifer who was very nice and helpful. We had some issues with scheduling but Jennifer reached out to me personally and we got it quickly resolved. I loved that they even asked for my pets names and could clean even if we weren't home. They do great work and I would highly recommend them!

We selected A-1 Quality Cleaning Service to clean our home after extensive research of the services available in our area. After our in-home estimate & initial deep clean, a housekeeper was assigned to do our recurring visits which was important to us. She is on time, pleasant, thorough, and careful while cleaning. We feel that the pricing is competitive for our area & they are flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend them.

This was the first time that we used A-1 Quality Cleaning Services and they did a great job cleaning our offices. They were professional, dependable and timely when giving us the quote and setting up our cleaning services. We will definitely use them again in the future.

A-1 Quality Cleaning Service has been cleaning our home for several months now. We had a slow start, but after expressing my expectations, I am 100% satisfied! Denise is amazing! She keeps everything shining! She is dependable and consistent!

I have been using A1 Quality Cleaning for about a year and have nothing but good things to say about the company. The cleaners have always arrived at the scheduled time and were pleasant and efficient. I am very satisfied with the company and the employees and would not hesitate to recommend A1 Quality Cleaning for your home.

House cleaners are always friendly & polite. You usually get the same person so it feels like one of your own family is in your home. Love this service! My home is clean & smells fresh after every visit!

I hired this service to do a move out clean for a rental property I was staying in. I already moved out this house when I hired the company. First impressions were great! The Vice President of the company, Meredith Lowman, came out to the residence and gave me a customized quote. She did a walk through the house and explained everything they were going to clean to include dusting light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, vacuuming, etc. (see photo). I even paid for extra services that the rental company requires. So in that regard I give Meredith 5 stars for customer service.

Execution however is atrocious. Telia was the cleaner. She came out 11/4 at 9am saying “this won’t take long”. I went to work to let her do her job and after work I returned to the residence. What I found was not what was agreed upon and what I paid for. I left a review with the company and provided them pictures of the poor work their cleaner did. 0/5 stars (Pictures attached) The counters were wiped off, but a blue stain was left in a kitchen counter, the kitchen appliances were wiped, a floor was mopped, but that’s about it. Nothing else was completed on their list.

A couple days later Jennifer and Meredith got back to me and wanted to rectify the situation. So they moved things around to get Telia back out to clean the residence again. Only this time Meredith would come check on her periodically to verify everything was done properly. So at 9am on the 7th, I let Telia back in the house and proceeded to go to work. After work I returned and check the house. To my surprise the job STILL WASN’T FINISHED. (See pictures) 90% on the list was finally done, but vents weren’t wiped, a baseboard in the master bath wasn’t done, a light fixture still had dust on it, and NOTHING WAS VACUUMED.

Friday 11/8, I talked to Meredith on the phone. She asked how things were and I told her “for the services you provided and the things you cleaned, it looks great! However there are things that weren’t done still.” Meredith then proceeded to get defensive and tell me how she “knows everything was done” because she checked it personally, she then asked what wasn’t finished and I told her nothing was vacuumed as there was 10x more foot traffic across all the carpets than after the first time they finished cleaning. (See pictures) Meredith became extremely defensive and proceeded to tell me that Telia vacuumed the room behind her as she stepped out of the room. The problem is that not what the pictures show. Vacuuming is not something you can fake or lie about either! BECAUSE either you did it and it shows, or you didn’t and there are footprints all over!! Because of the poor customer service and refusal to acknowledge that your company still didn’t provide proper services, I give you 1/5 stars.

Lastly, Meredith did finally give in and offer to send another cleaner over to the residence a THIRD time, but I decided to refuse. The company hasn’t even tried to discount the cleaning from their repeated failures and refund money from work they never did... I lost all faith in the “best rated cleaning company in Indianapolis” after they failed to do the job properly the second time. So I went over there on my last day of having keys and vacuumed the entire place myself. Take a look at the pictures yourself and make your own decision if the carpets were vacuumed or not. All pictures were taken after they “finished” cleaning from both times. I 100% do NOT recommend this company as I have never had a worse experience with a “professional cleaning company” and they will never get my business again.

I hired A-1 Quality Cleaning because my normal cleaner was busy and I needed a client's home cleaned before move-in. A-1 Quality Cleaning was nearly double the price of my normal cleaner, but I was in a pinch and really needed a deep clean. I honestly thought with the price of the service that it would be a deeper clean than I had ever paid for. I am very bummed to say that it was not a deep clean at all, but merely a quick surface level cleaning. After walking into the home and realizing that the service did not meet the description of the job, I called Pete to explain and sent images as well. Pete agreed that it was not up to the company's standards either. He "discounted" the service (it still cost more than my normal cleaner, who does a much better job than my experience with A-1). He sent a new invoice for a higher amount than we had discussed. He quickly realized and called to adjust it, saying he would make it right. I was getting ready to list a rental of mine, and I told him I would like to give him a second chance as long as he scheduled me with a different cleaner. He said he would reach out and stay in touch so that he could earn my business with the second chance. I never heard from him again...

I was very happy with the cleaning that was done on August 7th. It’s so nice coming home to a clean house.

Plan: B Cleaning does a phenomenal job. Their deep clean for our house was unbelievably thorough and seriously gave us "little kid at Christmas" vibes when finding the random spots they had cleaned. The recurring cleaning gives a great peace of mind when juggling working full-time, kids' activities, and just the chaos of day-to-day life. The recurring cleanings have given a sense of calmness and peace to our house. The team is really detailed and does a great job communicating before and after the clean. I would highly recommend them!!

We hired Plan B for a one time deep clean before a party. The two people that cleaned did a nice job. I felt there were a couple of things that got missed. To resolve the missed expectation, Plan B sent out someone the next day to fix it. I am pleased with the outcome and how they handled the resolution. I am overall very pleased with Plan B and would hire as well as recommend to others.

I Love Plan B Cleaning! I have been using this incredible business for 6+ years. I feel so happy when they come every 2 weeks to revive my home. Their employees are so warm and friendly. They are always asking if there is anything else that they can help me with. After recent health issues over the past few years, I am limited on what I can do. The Ladies and Men have been wonderful to help me with extra little things that make my life easier. You can tell that Debbie and Ben have instilled heart and caring into their business. It feels great to have happy people come into my home and carefully take care of my things like I would. My home smells so fresh and looks so clean after Plan B has been here. I will definitely continue using them and recommend their company to everyone. They are wonderful people. The Phone Center customer service agent worked with me well on scheduling. It didn't pan out, but she did make scheduling efforts and had great communication. Thank you for great communication and excellent customer service! Good customer service.

I've been using Plan B for a number of years now. They do a great job and I really appreciate how conscientious they are. If there is a problem with scheduling they reach out immediately and keep me up to date. The house always looks great when they are done. I had floors refinished a few months ago and asked Plan B to concentrate on the dust it created. They did a great job and also made sure to ask if there were any changes to how they should clean the floors since they were newly finished. I am a very happy client.

We have not had a great run over a seventh-month trial engagement with PlanB. Their communication has been lacking, and we never found it to be a solid cleaning performance, though the first month was good. After that, the quality of the clean depleted quickly. They were often curt and snippy in their correspondence. We selected the cheaper service, not the deep clean, and then somehow got put on a regular rotation even when we didn't want or need the cleaning. Felt at times like a bit of a scam. We were much happier with Molly Maid. Be aware that they require 30-days notice of cancellation, which can be inconvenient. Also, we recently learned, they demand 48-hours cancellation and charge 100 percent otherwise. Not ideal if you have a busy schedule or the changing needs of toddlers.

When we did try to cancel with 30 hours or so notice, they charged us $225 without any confirmation, little communication, and just doing the charge without bothering to provide the service.

It took seven months, but I eventually learned why they call themselves Plan B—not Plan A.

Updated review for 2025! I decided to call Plan B again and bring them back into my home to help me after being unable to keep up with my home due to various circumstances. They deep cleaned my house this morning and I cried happy tears upon arriving home to see their work. It was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I know they worked incredibly hard to get my house this clean, and I am so grateful. Plan B will be returning biweekly to help me maintain the home so my family, especially my children, have the best environment possible. Don’t hesitate, this is the cleaning company you are looking for!

Updated review for 2024! I still highly recommend Plan B. I had major surgery this year and multiple complications that kept me off my feet for two months. My friends coordinated with Plan B to gift cleaning services to me while I recuperated. Plan B was thorough, prompt, professional, and courteous as always. I would never hire anyone but Plan B to come clean my home.

2022 - I highly recommended Plan B! I have an autoimmune disease, long covid and two small kids, and have hard a hard time keeping up with my house the way I would like.

Plan B worked with me to determine what service/duration fit my budget, and today Eliza and Lex came to my house for a deep clean. I was immediately comfortable with both ladies and they did an amazing job. My home looks amazing, and my tubs look brand new! They even got a sticker off my cabinet from my son that I had not been able to remove Not an easy feat considering I have two little kids! I am already looking forward to Plan B’s return visits. If you’re looking for a cleaning company, Plan B is it!

It did take a few weeks to get an appointment, but it was 100% worth the wait. I figured the wait was a good sign that they were booked with lots of regular customers, and I was right. Thank you Plan B!

I utilized Plan B cleaning for a move-out clean. They were professional and very easy to work with. It was very nice that they have a texting option so I could text questions, concerns, or notes to them without having to call. Furthermore, they were able to answer all of my questions prior to scheduling a cleaning. Once I was ready to schedule my cleaning they are several dates and times to choose from which was very important to me.

A friend of mine in Indiana recently had surgery and was in and out of the hospital several times after due to complications. She is a stay-at-home-mom with two small children, and couldn't clean while she was recovering. Some friends and I came together to find home-cleaning services in her area so she'd have some help while she recovered. Plan: B Cleaning was extremely helpful in scheduling days and going over the services my friend would need during her recovery. I spoke several times on the phone with Greyson over the past month and a half, and he was so incredibly kind and helpful. My friend says her house always looked great after Plan: B's arrival and made her recovery so much easier not having to worry about her house. Plan B Cleaning has been great to work with. We have dark shinny wood floor which make cleaning a hassle. Plan B experimented with multiple approaches to clean and found one that works! All of the team members are hard working and diligent. We highly recommend their services.
