Mower crew never comes when they say they will. I have to follow up with Zack every time someone is supposed to mow my property.

I already see multiple comments of the poor driving skills in this company so I’ll just add to it. Coming down 37 in fishers/noblesville at 9 am on my own company truck, I watched the company truck for Roger’s with a black trailer, not almost hit one, or even two, but 3 vehicles! He was driving recklessly and attempting to merge in to other lanes when there was not even a need to merge as both lanes were moving at the same pace. He would try to move over while the rear end of his trailer was still even with other cars mirrors and even after the other cars would honk he would continuously try to swing in to them until they would slam on the breaks, forcing people to make room where there was no room to be given. If there was a cop following him he would have definitely gotten a ticket for reckless driving. I have tried to call the company three times this morning to deal with it personally but after no answer I will just leave this here. Get better drivers or you are going to end up with a wrecked truck.

I just started using this company at the beginning of this year. My favorite part of the work they have done for me was my landscaping lights and the new rock they added. They look incredible. Zach and his team are a rare find these days, you do not see this much quality and attention to detail with any other companies. When ever I need something done I call Rogers.

Zach has done a great job taking care of my parents home for who know how long at this point, he does the mowing weekly, mulch every spring, aswell as general clean up, also a very good employer, takes care of his employees and takes a lot of pride in his work and projects. He is very detail oriented and always ready to go once everything is set in stone and ready to go.

Great company from the start. Came out gave me and my wife a very affordable estimate. Zach was very knowledgeable on our project and talked us through the whole thing and answered all of our questions. The salesman who came out was extremely helpful he knew what I wanted. I had messaged the landscape would be river rock. I got notified that mulch would be used. I notified Jason Doyle to make sure we were on the same page. I asked for small river rock he seemed upset with my request he told me well it’s going to cost you more!! Then
I asked if they would plant 2 hydrangeas when working on the landscape. He got loud and told me he would not make anymore changes for me!! He had to change the work order 3x’s !!! I spent over $2600, I considered canceling due to his attitude!! I worked in customer service 34 years and a satisfied customer is a repeat customer . Work was delayed 1 day due to someone’s child was sick. The plants were not centered and one bush was almost a foot in front of another. Sorry I would not refer your company to anyone. The landscaping was great. Everything looks very nice. Jason was a great help and was so kind about checking things for me. He even came by and did me a personal favor by picking up some limbs from a tree when it stormed. I would definitely hire them again.
