They diagnosed and found an economical solution to my outdoor lighting issue. Fast and clean work. Will use them again in the future

Malcolm and Pat showed up on time, and did quality work on my papered driveway, BUT ALSO filled in some EXTRA cracks with some of the supplies that weren't fully utilized. They also did some tweaking at my request without hesitation. I would easily want to use Fine Touch again!

Fine Touch has been doing mulch and my other landscape needs for a couple of years now. The team is easy to work with and their price is reasonable.

Great Experience with everyone. Starting with Malcolm to all the installers. This was a major update to all the landscaping around the house. They were on time, worked diligently and everyone was professional. The over 120 plants are all doing well. There were a few that were stressed out, but they quickly replaced them, no problem. Definitely would recommend.

Final Touch did a great job on my patio project. Felipe the installer did an excellent job. He and his assistant worked hard and were able to create a patio around my Sunroom that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Felipe and Final Touch for future projects. Great customer service.

Fine Touch Services did an excellent job at my home where they set sod, power washed my house and deck, and removed a tree with stump grinding. The work was done well and in a timely manner from the estimate to the final payment. The very best part of my experience was that they kept in touch with me! This is a very rare thing for any contractor to do!

I was shopping for new landscaping services and was looking for a small company feel. Someone who could provide all services like landscaping, maintenance, mowing, trees, etc. We met at my house to talk scope of work and quotes. Everyone I met with was friendly, willing to help, and didn’t try and sell me additional services. I will continue to hire them.

We aren't the type of people that come online to badmouth a company. I waited months before finally posting this, but since spring is upon us, and a lot of people will be starting projects, just wanted to save someone else the same issue. We wanted some flagstone around our existing patio, 4' all around, as well as a french drain, which turned out to be a 13k project. That is a lot of money to us, although it is our understanding that it can be considered a "small project" among wealthier clientele, as was pointed out to us multiple times. Other than post some photos of the flagstone we had put down, I feel like pictures speak 1000 words, so I won't elaborate as much as I would like to on the disappointment over how much we put into this, and the results we got.
On the company website, it proclaims a "combined decades of experience" statement, which is an outright untruth, as the owners are young, and the company has been in existence since 2018 (in high school). We should have done our research much more deeply than we did.

Note: The main issue from the start was the amount of space between the stones, as it was supposed to be a firm surface, with the expectation of a full flagstone, which usually has minimal spacing between the stones. Prior to us saying something, they intended to leave it as sand, with huge 6-8" spaces between in some areas, which was NOT what we wanted nor were quoted. In addition, the project was started WEEKS after the promise date (this was not weather related, as many days of sunny days and good weather went by), which was scheduled at least a month prior, and all requests for repairs, etc. were the same. The rest is explained by photos, as to the durability of what we now have. While we were "discounted" $1k, we still paid a significant amount of money. In the end, we could have done a "do it yourself" project if we wanted less than professional results, and spent significantly less. The initial photo shows the significant space between the stones, and the original "fill" was just sand. The intial "fix" was spraying some epoxy, which temporarily hardened, but then started to erode, hollow spots, etc. within weeks. Trying to get resolution, places were "dug up", more sand put in, only to result in the same way, holes, chipping away, etc. as seen, and actually resulting in more damage than the initial damage. If you would be happy spending 12k for this result (will say, part of that was having a drain put in) then go for it, but this is a beware post. I have many photos, and video, and this is less than one year after we initially were supposed to start this project in May of 2023, for additional reference. Do your research, because anyone can put shiny lovely photos online, and have people write fake reviews. This is REAL.

Patrick and his crew did an awesome job of installing a sump pump discharge pipe with a pop-up drainage emitter in my yard. Their quote was quite reasonable, they arrived on time & finished when they said they would. Great customer service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them!

Crew worked through a tough storm and kept us updated along the way on snow removal. Communication and service was quick, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Fine Touch Services was very responsive and had my driveway cleaned and salted before I woke up! First time they came around 330am and the other 7 am. They did a very professional job. They missed salting the 2nd time but came back that same morning to salt. Great company to work with. I will continue to use their service in the future.

I wanted to like this company because the project managers were so helpful and genuine, but it was the rest of the company that was impossible. I was billed over and over with no explanation of what I was paying for and when the service was actually performed. They initially did the only job I wanted in the wrong place and left a mess for me to clean up. The job that I requested, once done was nice. But it wasn’t worth the battle with the unorganized administration team, billing team, and the working team. I wish this was a better experience but I think I ended up paying hundreds more for services not even rendered. Again, project managers seemed great though.

This is my second year in a row of using Fine Touch Services for my fall landscape and leave clean up. Pat and his team do an amazing job. If you want your yard to look amazing and free up your time to be able to do other things, they will take great care of you! 👏👏

We had Fine Touch Services out for a pre-listing cleanup and had a very rushed timeline. They were able to accommodate our schedule and went above and beyond! Absolutely night and day before and afters. The team was on time, super quick, respectful of the property, and cleaned up after thoroughly. Highly recommend. The team at fine touch services did a great job getting my flower beds cleaned up. They respond promptly if you have any issues or questions.

Snow delayed our service, and they did a great job of making sure we got rescheduled as soon as they could get it done. Would have liked a touch more communication on day of for expectations, but great overall work and solid experience. Will definitely use again.

The guys did a great job on replacing all of my mulch with rocks! The project was done in just a little over a day because of how many people are on the crews. Fast and efficient! Easy to work with and high quality work. Will definitely do business again!

Fine Touch Services has done a tremendous job on my yard and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work they do, and their pricing is more than fair.

I had them first do mulch in my front yard, then I had them put river rock in my backyard and finally, they’ve laid sod in my backyard and everything has turned out better than I had expected.
