Unprofessional.. they don’t have a business line/voicemail. For full transparency, called to get a quote (2 times after 10), once after 10:15 and this is the text that comes in.

“Obviously I'm busy right now why do you keep calling over and over again text me what you need and I'll respond back when I have time I'm out on a job”

How is it obvious that you are busy right now? If there was a voicemail set up there wouldn’t be a need to call multiple times to get a person.

Rude and unprofessional.. Hire someone to handle calls/quote inquiries if you don’t have the capacity to be polite or the knowledge to set up a voicemail.

My lawn was in need of some TLC and these men truly out did themselves!! The results were beautiful and they were polite and professional. Will definitely be using their services again.

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. I hired him to complete 3 jobs around the exterior of my home. A couple days after completing the job, he asked for a review. I stated I was waiting to ensure the grass grew in the area that was planted because it appeared that the crew did not use enough seed. He immediately became defensive and said they used $150 worth of seed (that's what he quoted me on materials, but not sure how that's my responsibility). He also charged $1,000 for labor and had 2 people at my house for 5 hours total. Then, he accused me of having the crew complete more work than we had initially discussed (not true at all). I asked him to clarify what specifically, but he was unable to provide any details. Then, he told me it was way too hot to even be planting seed, told me to Google the directions for EZ Seed and that I picked the wrong time to plant seed. Needless to say, this was never mentioned during our initial discussion. A professional company would say... "I'm more than happy to do the job, but it would be better for you to wait until later in the summer when it's cooler." In addition, I had him bury a sump pump line to the back of my property. Now, water pools in the back yard at the pipe and goes back into the line creating the potential for my basement to flood. Lastly, he decided to ghost me and not return texts or calls. If you want to be ripped off and blamed for their terrible work afterwards, then this is the right company for you.

Very professional and affordable. Having my first home it was a hassle finding someone who could do my lawn the way I wanted without charging me an arm and a leg. My yard is beautiful and my design was executed efficiently and accurately. I love it definitely will be using them Everytime.
