Great company Jeff / Danny run a great company. I have never had a job done that I have not walked away from happy. From regular cutting to landscape, hardscape, spring and fall clean up and even winter care they do it all very well. Very good employees. David / Brandon / Shawn just to name a few have been nothing but professional and great employees to work with. Have been a customer for over 10 years.

Danny and his team are excellent. They are professional and respectful. Very hard workers who treated the job as if it was their own home. If you are looking for a landscaper or lawn service hire them immediately and don't look back. You won't be disappointed. He even called me from his son's baseball game to update me on the status of my job.

We’ve used a number of landscape companies over the years and have never been as happy and satisfied as we are with Picasso. They take care of ALL our lawn / landscaping needs from fertilizing, to weekly mowing, to seasonal cleanups and do an excellent job at a fair rate!
Danny always takes the time to address any concerns I have, and the office staff are always helpful, professional, and friendly.
I can confidently recommend their services.

Danny, David, and their crew did such a fantastic job transforming our sad small cement patio to a fantastic space that fits our family and looks beautiful! Danny worked with me to refine my vision of space and was very easy to work with. After getting several quotes for similar layouts, they were also the most reasonable. We made a great decision selecting Picasso for our big house project!

Hired Picasso to landscape my front yard and was very happy with their service. Danny Toon worked hard to get my business and took the time to listen to what I was looking to do and keep my project in line with a reasonable price. There were a few things that needed some attention during the project but Danny was quick to get them addressed to my satisfaction.

I could not be happier with results I got from working with the Picasso team. Danny and David care about the product they produce and it showed. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade their patio or landscaping.

I visited their showroom recently. They have very helpful and knowledgable people working here and their building looks amazing!

The agent I worked with was prompt about giving us a quote that met our deadline, and it reflected our vision for the project quite well. Although we’re on hold for a moment with the project, I’m hopeful to start up again soon and work with the team to make our project come to life.

I would never use vive again. We spent $40,000 on landscaping for our home and only have about 50% of our landscaping surviving. That is also with a lot of care that we had to do. We also gave them $20,000 up front and they didn’t show up for 6months. It was end of fall. I would not recommend. Also they would respond to our calls/text days later.

We are extremely happy with how our patio turned out. Ryan did an excellent job taking our ideas and turning them into beyond what we could’ve imagined. We highly recommend Vive Exterior Design.
