We recently experienced a bathroom remodel. Andrea from Plumbers Supply was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the purchase of our faucets, grab bar, towel racks, shower head and drain easy and without pressure. She stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, as an ice storm in Kentucky delayed our shower head. We are very pleased with the quality of everything we purchased.

I went to the showroom with my contractor and Shelley helped me pick out our plumbing fixtures for our master bathroom. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also quick to respond to emails and very friendly. The showroom is beautiful and would definitely recommend to anyone renovating!

We recently met with Kari at Plumber Supply Co. showroom in Fishers, Indiana to help us with our bathroom remodeling project. Kari was professional and took the time to understand our needs and provided many options and other options that we had not considered. We were very pleased with our experience, and our contractor was very pleased that the warehouse was willing to ship our order directly to our home residence when the project was to start. The order was delivered as promised and all the products was in pristine condition. Will use Plumbers Supply Co again for our next home projects.

They don't sell parts to plublic only for "HVAC certified " grainger does it ... lol

Didn't buy anything but the people there was very helpful. It made my project go really easy because they gave me valuable information that I couldn't get from other places. I went to a lot of places and got very little or no answers. So thank you plumber supply. You need to change your website of where you're located. That was misleading cause me to drive to another plumber supply that didn't have supplies.

Barb was super helpful, I went in and vaguely described what I was after, she knew exactly what I was looking for and got one for me. Not a plumber, just a guy who couldn't find the part I needed at the big box store.
