The communication between Mr Rooter and myself was top notch. They were very quick to respond with two options of availability. I was notified of the name of the plumber and time frame within an hour of his arriving. I was presented with two options of possible solutions to the problem and the one I chose was accomplished the same day. The plumber was very professional throughout the workday and kept me informed of what he was doing. I’m very satisfied with the repairs and would recommend Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs.

My problem was not solved and I was charged a 150 just to tighten a pipe. That was not the issue. Because the water was turned up on blast it began to leak even more down in the basement on my things. His suggestion to call a leak person or an appliance person because the problem when water is ran in the sink it is leaking into the dishwasher then its leaking down into basement. I have never used the dishwasher. Only maybe someone would accidentally hit the button. Guess I called the wrong company for a leak I thought that's what they did

I received a quote to hook up a new kitchen sink and faucet to my PEX water lines and existing drain for….$880. Way way way over priced for a 1.5-2 hr job.

Jason and Jordan were awesome. Figured out our problem and we got it fixed by Sam. Great people, know their stuff and execute the plan of action to fix it. Very thankful for their kindness and knowledge of the work they do. Will always use Mr. Rooter when it is needed.

Already did this! Was at my grandson's house. Everyone was great. He had a bad experience with one plumber so appreciated how nice the guys were. They were very professional & knowledgable.

I shopped around for prices and Mr. Rooter was the best price I found. This did not affect the quality of the work: the plumber was prompt, friendly, and did the work well. I would be happy to use them again.

Had a water softener installation. From purchase to fitting is to notch. The salesperson Brett did a job from water quality check to purchasing the item. The technicians did a great job in fitting. Left the area clean. I would highly recommend the company. 1000% satisfied.

Gavyn, Ryan, and Scott were wonderful. They came out and were able to find the cause of the issue. They went into details of the cause and how to resolve the issue permanently. They were all extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. I would choose this company over any other company I’ve dealt with in the past.

We were so pleased with Mr. Plumber in every aspect of the service. Starting with my inquiry and how quickly it was handled. To the next step of sending someone out to diagnose the issue. They sent a picture so I knew who to expect. He was thorough and explained (in words I could understand) what was going on with the hot water heater and our options. Then last, replacing the hot water heater snd the two who performed the service. They were respectful and even came early! As we said, we were pleased with each person (I wish I remembered names) and all that was happening.

My water heater failed on a Friday evening, and Mr Plumber was there within the hour to restart it (I had tried but could not). Since it was very old, I wanted to understand its issues and had an excellent discussion with the serviceman. The cost benefit of a new water heater (improved insulation, etc) as well as a Monday installation date made the decision easy. The installers were professional and explained everything. Highly recommend.

Tried to fix my issue the least expensive way. 93.00 or free didn't fix my problem as the people that built my house didn't do the plumbing the correct. The next step was the jetting and it fixed my problem. They were polite, respectful and cleaned up. I recommend them to anyone.

The guys did a great job in installing my water heater on November 28th. I will use Williams again.

Technician stopped by later in the day, and promtply evaluated and then resolved the leak issue with my water softner. So far so good (not seeing any more leaks/splashes).

We have a sewer line blockage that needed clearing. Another plumbing company came out, charged $320 to scope the problem and then wanted to dig up the site and repair the line (for $5700). Mr Plumber came out, ran a cable cleaner down the sewer line to clear the blockage, for $93. They also did a video scoping, but only charged if I wanted a copy of the video. Both Gene and Sebastian were very pleasant, and left everything clean. I will be switching to Mr Plumber.

The plumber from Mr. Plumber arrived fast, was courteous, and worked efficiently. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need and I felt was honest about the job. He solved my problem and I would call them again. Reliable service.
