The guys at Professional Plumbing Solutions are great to work with. I called them in the afternoon and they worked me into their schedule the same day. Mitchell showed up on time and was very polite and professional and took a look at the problem. He explained how he would fix the issues. Not long after he left they emailed me an estimate at no charge. Unlike another plumbing company that wanted $89 just to give me an estimate and couldn’t come until the next day. Mitchell came back the next day and knocked out everything! They were very quick to respond to my call, professional and their pricing was very competitive. I like working with local companies and would highly recommend Professional Plumbing Solutions of Fishers.

Holy cow. I had the most incredible interaction with a service provider/ tradesperson/ business I may have ever had. I am working on selling a house and needed a plumber to fix a couple of things. Saw recommendations for Professional Plumbing Solutions of Fishers on one of the facebook pages so I reached out. Made an appt for today and Larry went to the home to fix a couple of things. He spent a good hour explaining to me how some of the systems in my home work and what was happening and how to take care of them. He made some great recommendations and didn’t try to sell me on big expensive repairs at all. He told me “I sell customer service, not products/ repairs” and he definitely did. He was so thorough, professional, and kind. I was really worried that some of the repairs were gonna be really costly but I had such an amazing experience with him and he definitely took care of everything. He gave me different options/ solutions and thoroughly explained what each would entail and gave me his professional recommendation on a repair vs replacement (he recommended a repair since nothing pointed to an urgent replacement or anything, which definitely made him less money on the job).
I even had him give me a second opinion on another concern and he spent way more time on it than the first plumber (diff company) did. The first plumber was annoyed that I had him come out for something so small and made me feel stupid and like I wasted his time. Not once did I feel that kind of pressure when talking to Larry.
He sent me pictures and videos and explanations of what he was doing and seriously, he was so thorough. Definitely some of the most professionalism I’ve experienced in a long time! 10/10 recommend and I will DEFINITELY be recommending him and his company to everyone who needs a plimber, and using his company again next time I need one!

I have used this business several times - once for a new sump pump and most recently for a new gas water heater. They do not charge a trip fee or service fee if repair work is done. Howald Plumbers charged $100 trip charge in addition to the fee for the work completed. I highly recommend Professional Plumbing Solutions of Fishers.

I am so thankful for Professional Plumbing Solutions of Fishers! I originally called a bigger company to assist with a gas line issue I was having. They were going to charge me over $2,000 to fix it. I gave Larry a call, and he fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and did not even charge me for the visit. He started with the most simple solution first before assuming the worst. They are fair and trustworthy, and we'll be calling them again for all of our plumbing needs!

They were to our home within an hour or two to give us a quote and to assess our needs. Our leaking pipe was fixed same day and the prices are very reasonable. Larry the owner and Mitch the tech were great. They were able to help my parents with replacing the plumbing and water lines for their old washer and dryer. They were professional and courteous. After getting a quote from a larger company that wanted to "sell" my parents just about everything they could think of and charged them $99 to do so, Larry quoted us over the phone for almost half the cost of the others and Mitch completed the job the same day. Just refreshing to have a company do what was asked for at a VERY fare price. Will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Professional Plumbing Solutions of Fishers. Larry and his coworker came to my house yesterday to address a couple of plumbing issues. One was for a complicated steam shower that he said he’d only seen once so he was more comfortable referring me to a bigger company. He gave me the information and I already have an appointment set up. The other issue was to flush our water heater and at least a couple of times he told me that it’s pretty simple to do myself which would save me a lot of money. I went ahead and had him do it because I just didn’t want to mess with it. He was very kind, professional, and both of the men wore shoe covers in the house which was nice. As soon as they left, I sent my neighbors a group message with their contact information, and I plan to call Professional Plumbing Solutions of Fishers for all of my future plumbing needs.
