He cheered her up from a stressful moment & even the dogs liked him. But the very special thing he did, & probably didn't know, he gave her faith in the kindness of people a boost & that made this person a hero of record to this family of Georgia Peaches. Mitchell was very professional and explained and troubleshooted with us any potentials for our issues. In the end it was a quick fix, but we appreciated having a pro to check our theory and implement the solution. Really wonderful company. We were quoted double by another company and wanted a second opinion. Larry came in - explained our water leak very thoroughly and what to expect cost wise. He even had a leak detection specialist referral. We were able to have everything fixed in less than a week! It was also a pretty big job so exceptional work. Larry was super helpful in helping me figure out what exactly was needed to hookup my new washout booth to the indoor plumbing in our garage for my screen printing business. Mitchell was our service man. He did a phenomenal job and was prompt, courteous, gave me a full explanation of what needed to be done and told us the cost right up front. This team was great! I had to get a new water heater and both Larry and Mitchell did an incredible job. From start to finish, communication was prompt, easy, and all appointments were on time. I have a new water heater that works amazing and no doubt I’ll be calling them for any other plumbing needs.

PPSF came highly recommended in a Fishers neighborhood group on another social media platform. I called for an estimate on getting my water softener repaired. The manufacturer, although local, did not offer repairs, only new sales since it was out of warranty. The owner of PPSF, came by and observed the unit. It was well over 15 years old, and I don’t think it has worked since I bought the house a few years ago. He gave me two options. One option was the most cost effective and another higher option, but less than the water softener manufacturer was offering. I liked that he gave two options and allowed me to decide which route I wanted to go. I ended buying a unit from a local hardware store after scouring reviews and PPSF picked up and installed the unit. They also removed and disposed of the old unit. The plumber showed me how to add salt to my new unit and briefly went over the instructions. He set up the new unit for cycling. I can immediately tell the difference in my water. I recommend PPSF for your plumbing needs if you want a reliable, fair, and knowledgeable service minded professional.

He also walked me through what needed to be completed as well as how to prevent things in the future! Highly recommend!

Larry was professional from start to finish. Very prompt email reply and was on site less than a couple hours. Gave a honest quote and then came back later in the day to finish putting in my new water softener. After the job was done gave me instructions and a rundown on the new machine. Awesome all around.
