Got the job done in a few hours after I called. Sam was great to work with. Shower drain flooded out. Time will tell if it works, but there is a 30 day warranty. Hope not to use it!

Riley and Chase came out to my brother's home today for an emergency mainline sewer issue and they were both AMAZING employees. Friendly, helpful, compassionate, and quickly figured out what the issue was and what needed to be done to solve the issue and gave great options for a quick fix. Will definitely use Hope again!!

They were Jonny on the spot, polite, worked the entire time. Helped with pricing and found parts needed to get the job done the next day. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guy!!!!!

Our water heater rusted out and leaked into our house. The business took a midnight call and got me someone to the house before 9am. They are wonderful and I would highly recommend to anyone.

To lie. I get it. These guys are paid to overprice jobs in order to make more money. I get 1000 or 1500. But I mean it’s a water heater folks. No major plumbing or anything. “So why did you have them do it” because my financial situation has me pinned to the floor. I don’t have 800 to go to Menards and buy one and put it in myself or have a guy do it for a couple 100. These guys pray on people who are in a bad place and take everything they can. I had to finance it. Finance a damn water heater. I’m sure these guys won’t have this posted but beware people. You will get hurt.

Bradley W was awesome. Professional diagnosed our problem and clearly gave us the game plan. Completed as said cleaned up after himself and diagnosed a gas leak on his way out for good measure. 10 out of 10 will recommend!

We completely trust Hope with all of our Plumbing, Sump Pump and tankless water heater, maintenance and issues!! The annual maintenance check with all HVAC AC and electrical is such a great deal and gives us peace of mind that all is well with these systems.

Hope Plumbing came out to give me a free quote on a tankless water heater. Very professional very knowledgeable of the product and installation.. They were able to schedule me the very next day, which was excellent since I had no hot water in the house. Going from a tank to a tankless I am expecting to have many years of little to no maintenance.

Cartavious and Cliff came same day to address my plumbing issue. They were able to quickly identify the issue, explain what was occurring, and provide solutions. This is my second time using Hope and each time I’ve receive honest and professional service. I highly recommend Hope Plumbing and they will be my first call moving forward.

I had the output yoke on my water softener crack. It spewed water and slightly flooded my basement. The ball valves on the bypass were frozen open. After I shut off the water to the house I called Hope Plumbing. They love to advertise on TV and say they are available 24 hours .. except when I needed them. They arrived at my house the next morning at 9:30 am. I told the technician I wanted all 3 ball valves replaced along with the bypass itself. The technician disappeared for about 3 minutes then handed me an iPad. They were only going to charge me $2300! I asked the technician if I really looked that stupid? He told me he would do it in PEX for $1500. I told him to leave. I’m an engineer with 25 years of experience. At that moment I felt bad for the average person .. Hope had no problem trying to rip me off. Mr Quick came 3 hours later and offered to do it for $1300 in copper. I said no thank you. ARP plumbing came at 5 pm and offered to do it in copper for $750. An hour later they were done. I will never recommend Hope Plumbing to anyone. Google forced me to give them 1 star. They deserve zero.

Weston and Devon were on time, knowledgeable and accommodating when our furnace went out.

We've previously had a tankless water heater and sump pump upgrade done by Hope. These two ensured we remained loyal to Hope with their outstanding service.

I reserve the right to update this review pending an issue resolution on the installation of my furnace, including adding photos.

Richard was knowledgeable of his job. I did feel a lot of up-sell pressure for services i didn’t ask for or want at that time. I told him several times no to services but he still continued to pressure me. I should not have to tell a service No more then once, I feel. This only irritated me more and put Hope Plumbing in a bad light to me and my wife. I did not like he left in the middle of my service call for 4 hours and called me at 4:45 said he’d be there in in 30 min, I said we had plans he still insisted he was coming out to finish all the upsell items he mentioned. I said no but again he insisted on coming back to my house after 5pm. I finally agreed, just to end this service call and get him to finally leave. I would prefer to not have Richard dispatched to my home again. He went through our house and helped himself to our personal property to use on the job and NEVER asked us. Just took the stuff to use, that’s unacceptable to me.
I certainly hope this isn’t something that’s tolerated at hope plumbing
There were several other customer service instances, I feel he did a good job on thawing our pipes but left a lot to be desired from a customer service standpoint.

They did an awesome job installing our new water heater. It was a relatively tricky reconfiguration but it was done efficiently and done well. Chris Baker and his trainee for the day were super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Could not recommend more

Larry is the best! On short notice and on the eve of Thanksgiving, Larry personally came to fix our water heater. This professionalism and top-notch customer service set Larry apart. Larry gets my highest recommendation for any of your plumbing needs!

The guys both Larry and Mitchel were helpful and got my plumbing issues corrected on two occasions in the same week. The pricing was very reasonable they are my new go to team to have work done from here on out.

I called Larry for a quote to replace my sump pump and back up. He was out the next day to give me a quote. It was THOUSANDS cheaper than the large companies. He removed my old unit and installed the new one the same day as the quote. He was neat courthouse and extremely professional. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Very attentive to our needs and requests. Communication was on point. Pricing was in line with market. I will be using Larry again.
