They did an excellent job diagnosing our pipes. Offered jetting and draining. Even showed us a video of everything causing blockage. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations! Will def use again.

Braden and Juan did a great job from start to finish. They explained everything up front, gave me options and recommendations. They did a great job installing a new tankless water heater, toilet and outside faucet. Very pleased.

Jason saved the day replacing our broken water heater and two water valves that had worn out, all in one afternoon! Very pleasant and friendly, happy to explain details until you're satisfied 😀 if I could give 10 stars, I certainly would!

317 Plumber is awesome! We live in a home built in the 1950's. We had tree roots and clogging in our pipes. We had to get our pipes replaced from our house to the street and have a clean out pipe added. We got 2 opinions/estimates one from 317 Plumber and one from another major plumber in the area. The other plumbing company quoted $5-7,000 more for the same service, they also pushed during the estimate to get some service done right then. To add insult to injury they told us our water heater was on the fritz and needed to be replaced for $1,500 (which was not accurate info). We did not love the upsell vibes. When we had 317 Plumber out they were professional and friendly. They didn't try to push other products or services onto us. They were able to replace our pipes without ripping up our landing pad and sidewalk. The staff were very kind and professional. We ran into an issue with a block at the city's part of the pipe and the site supervisor got in touch with Citizens who came out promptly and cleared the block on their end. The job they did for us took a lot longer than they planned due the city's issue but the staff remained kind to us and handled it effectively. We love 317 Plumber and highly recommend them! <3

I recently hired 317 Plumber for a sewer scope as part of a home inspection, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jim and Mike were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. They ensured I had a clear understanding of what the video revealed and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

They provided a business card, followed up promptly by email with the video of the scope and estimates for next steps, and were completely transparent and fair in their pricing. Their professionalism and attention to detail made a real difference.

Wow!!! Best customer service EVER!!! I called on a Saturday with water flooding the side of my home and problems with my sewage pump. They were willing to come out right away. However, I was unable to be at the house so they agreed to come on a Sunday! They called me first thing in the morning let me know they were on their way. Looked at both issues, assessed the issues, walked me through what was going on, and provided with upfront pricing. I agreed to have the work done. They had the sewage pump and tools on their truck and were able to get everything done very fast. They treated my home as if it were their own. They treated me with great respect and went the extra mile by explaining to me where I could find my emergency water shut off valve as well as how to use the water softening system that was pre-installed in this house. I highly recommend 317 Plumber.
4/22/25 I just had Jason out from 317. He is a fantastic plumber. This is my second service from this company. This time I had them install a new toilet for my bathroom. Jason was knowledgeable, very clean and respectful of our home, on time, and did an overall fantastic job with the install. 317’s Pricing was very competitive and it was easy to get the service scheduled when I needed it!

317 was contracted through another plumber to replace the water line to my house. The work took way longer than expected and now they say they are done but never fully backfilled the trench. I still have 2' of dirt piled on my fence and flower beds, dirt all over the road and sidewalk. We had to beg them to come back, but they only fixed the dirt on the sidewalk and road. About 1/4 of the work needed to get the dirt back where it belongs. Very unsatisfied.

317 responded immediately when we called them. Mike was one of our initial contacts and got the ball rolling. Billy oversaw the pipe repair and helped us navigate the insurance process. We could not be happier and could not have found a better company

Nicest and most honest plumbing company I’ve ever worked with!! Pricing was super reasonable and they took care of everything super fast!! I called and got same day service. Highly recommend, and even more because they are locally owned!!

Jeremy came out when we had a problem with our sewer line. All the other companies were wanting a ton of money to fix it. And they couldn't guarantee they could solve our problem. Jeremy said that they could get it fixed and for far less than the other guys. And he did. Great company and great people.

Wonderful experience with 317Plumber, they were able to have someone out to us the same day we contacted them. Trayvon our technician was polite, knowledgeable and explained everything before and after so we were educated not only about the process but also why we had an issue and how the fix would make sure we didn’t have any issues in the future. Our kitchen sink was installed without support so it fell through our counter top but now it looks new and is secure. Highly recommend 317Plumber!

These guys were lifesavers. I had a pipe burst in the freezing cold of the snow storm (and on a Sunday) and kept calling plumbers to see if someone could do an emergency repair. Everyone said they couldn't get to me until Monday until I called 317 Plumber. Not only could they get to me same day, Trey was at my house within two hours to save the day, even with the roads in horrid condition.. I could not be more delighted and grateful. Trey is a great guy too. Cool and easy to talk to.

These guys will become my go-to plumber for any future issues I may have (which hopefully does not happen).

I love that they are a locally owned company and easy to get in contact with. They have great communication and I feel like their pricing is incredibly reasonable. Whether it's a quick plumbing repair, or as intense as replacing a sewer line, this is the company that I call!

Danny and his crew did an immaculate job of helping me through a very stressful situation with a frozen sewer pipe under my kitchen sink. They had clear communication and knowledge of what was happening right away. My kitchen sink was disconnected, drained and the next day despite the snow and cold weather they came out to inspect the pipes under my crawl space. In being punctual about the situation they were able to replace the pipes and connect them properly to prevent leaks, bursts, or further freezing while putting the ventilation needed. To top off the exceptional care, they redid my garbage disposal so it would be properly connected and more convenient as well. I will hereby out always go to 317Plumbers for any future issues! I greatly appreciate the hard work and dedication shown by everyone.

We recently had some plumbing work done to repair a fractured line in Broad Ripple—clay pipes, yikes! While the job did run into a few unforeseen complications (as old pipes often do), the team handled everything incredibly well.
Special shout-out to Danny and Cecily, who were both excellent at communicating throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure things stayed on track, even with the setbacks.
The issues were totally unexpected, but the way they were addressed showed real professionalism, transparency, and care. The price was more than reasonable for the level of service and quality we received.
Would absolutely use them again without hesitation!
