Very poor experience. I scheduled an appointment three days in advance for a member of the team to come out, with the agreed arrival window between 5 and 7 PM. By 7:15 PM, no one had shown up and I had not received any communication. When I called to check the status, I was told a technician was not available. I’m not sure how that can happen when the appointment was scheduled several days ahead of time. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and reliability was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering other companies. If I could give zero out of five, I would

Called and asked for an estimate on an expansion tank and a high loop for dishwasher. Was told that they will only do a $79 trip fee and apply it to the service if you move forward. This in itself raises a concern because if you aren't professional enough to know your craft and provide an estimate on a simple task then its a red flag. Have them out. They are 4 hours later than they said they would be. Then the estimate for service is $917.35. An expansion tank is ~$60 on amazon. The high loop kit is <$5. So they are wanting to charge $852.35 in labor for something that should take them <2 hours. Or in other words, their labor charge is ~$426/hour. That is equivalent of someone making a salary of ~$852,000 per year. I'm sorry, when did plumbers become brain surgeons, lawyers, CEO's, or professional athletes? Did I miss a memo? The whole estimate thing is a bait and switch technique and then they hit you with a ridiculous charge that you don't want to pay. So I froze my credit card because I'm not paying for a fraudulent visit with a malicious intention. They tried to run the card and I got the email stating they tried to run it even though I told them that I didn't approve of them running the charge. So add attempted theft to the list of issues with this company.

I have had so many problems in a house I recently bought. First was a sewer line break that was replaced my first week. Then 8 weeks later I found standing, bubbling water in the same area and Danny, the owner, came out himself and discovered it’s a water line rusted out. When he heard of the problems I’ve had he did a walk through of my home and pointed out other potential problems. If it wasn’t a plumbing issue he offered me names of other contractors in various fields. Phenomenal customer service!!

We had a drainage problem over the weekend in our kitchen sink. Their technician Jason resolved our drainage issues quickly and efficiently. He was very kind and knowledgeable and walked me through the issues and provided clear explanations.

Also, shout-out to their customer/front-desk support. This was the only plumber to return my call and their communication was great.

Very fairly priced. Beat competitors and got my issue resolved so quickly and no one tried to upsell me! In fact, I found out later on that this company pays for any pet that has been at Indy humane for more than 100 days to be adopted on their dime. Absolutely love that and their service. 10/5 stars if I could. Will call them again.

Mike was wonderful! He unclogged our bathroom sink and showed me how to do it myself if it happens again. He also gave me a tip regarding maintenance of the sink to keep it from clogging again. So helpful, kind and professional!

As part of a major bathroom remodel, the toilet ordered through the contractor could not be installed without moving the drain. In addition there was a crack which needed repair and was not part of the contractor bid. Another company quoted the contractor an outrageous price. We had used 327 Plumber for a water heater and sump pump installation so I wanted to be sure there were no problems with leaks in the future with a company I used previously. Traylon made the repair to the crack and ordered a replacement toilet. The first was discontinued. The second was not the correct color. The third was a winner. Throughout this 2 month process, Traylon was always helpful and worked with his suppliers to get what I needed. I am pleased to have this company to rely on for my plumbing needs.

I had a bad drain problem under house. The was professional and got it unclogged. Felt sorry they had to crawl in the crawl space. But they was very friendly and save me from having a bigger issue.. thank you 317Plumbers

Extremely over priced and sleazy tactics. Had a leak came quick, knew problem, and fixed. However, 395 bucks for a simple sink flange is criminal. Not to mention the "estimate with all charges shown" was never shown to me. My 75 dollar credit THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR was never applied. The technician handed me 3 different forms to sign at the end of the job without letting me truly review any of them. (If you dont believe me check the time stamps on my signature for each form and when the technician left). I assume one of these was the estimate and price breakdown. So yea $395 for a simple sink flange. Its a 25 dollar part and 15 minutes of work. How do yall sleep at night?

Had a sump pump pipe crack and called them out to repair based on great reviews. The first repair had my sump pump discharging water in the middle of my backyard. After some back and forth, they finally agreed that it wasn't a A+ job, they extended the pipe to my easement. The easement is underwater full time, completely unusable, and I am responsible for mowing it. I called them again for someone to help figure out another solution and they said they'd call back with an estimate. I did get a call back a few days later... asking if I wanted to go ahead with scheduling the proper repair. I asked for the cost and was told they'd call back right away- that was weeks ago. Never heard from them again.

Trey was professional, quick, and friendly. He also had dog treats so my dog would give him 6 stars if he could. Not to mention, he carried a 75 gallon water heater down and up the stairs by himself, so that’s impressive. He didn’t try to talk me into anything unnecessary. I’m really glad I found this service company awhile back and have continued to use them and have been very satisfied. The scheduling process is great too!
