Clogged drainage pipes. They tried very hard for hours to unclog to no avail. They were pleasant and willing to explain the problem.They both were just super helpful and friend ly. I live at 3664 Reflections lane #2 Indy. Did not pay as they could not fix. Super policy. I appreciated that very much.

Dillon arrived to our home within 45 minutes of calling. He fixed the problem and did not try to upsell or take advantage of the situation in anyway. I’ll definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

Moves into a new house for the family and ran into some leaky and corroded pipes. Norman was able to come and help the family get everything set up so we can finally do a load of laundry in our new home. Fast, friendly service. Would have invited Norman to stay for the cookout if we were having on.

Norma did an excellent job. He arrived very fast, kept everything clean and was very efficient unclogging our kitchen sink.

When my sump pump malfunctioned late at night, I called several plumbers advertising 24/7 availability. Rooter-Rooter was the only company that truly treated my situation as an emergency. They had a technician, Norman, at my house within two hours of my call.

Norman was outstanding—polite, professional, and highly skilled. Despite the challenge of working after hours with limited access to supplies, he quickly diagnosed the issue and used the resources he had to complete the repair. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process.

Thanks to Norman’s swift and effective work, a major basement flood was avoided, saving me from significant damage and costly repairs. I am incredibly grateful for their prompt response and quality service. Rooter-Rooter will absolutely be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Norman really saved us a heap of trouble. He came quickly (on a holiday no less), got right to work, and provided helpful updates throughout. Had a new water heater same day up and running and the old one taken away, true class act!

Roto-Rooter did a great job helping me out of a bind when my new washing machine was delivered, but the water valve was too corroded. The very nice, quite capable gentleman was here within an hour of my call! I will definitely call them again.

Timely from time of scheduling, friendly staff (Norman & Cole) and price to snake a drain was a little more than expected at first but after watching them work they did a lot to make sure there were no issues before they left. Overall satisfied with my experience and resolved the issue I was having with our kitchen drain. Also had them flush our water heater while they were here. Would recommend!

They blew us away! I discovered a leak in our laundry room just after midnight. By 8:30am that morning, Miguel Campos arrived. What a great person and even better professional. I’m a skeptic by nature. However, less than 12 hours later, we have fans going, floors gone, and a well documented and communicated plan for next steps. Ripped me off $150 for a diagnosis that was wrong. The quote to fix the diagnosis was utterly absurd, $1k to replace a toilet fill valve and water line. Did it myself for $30 bucks and didn't fix the issue. Issue was a bad drain seal that costed $4 and five minutes to replace.

Trever and Andy came out the same day-within a few hours of reaching out and after normal business hours-to fix our water heater. They were honest, friendly, and professional with their services and recommendations. Would definitely hire Roto-Rooter again!! Thank you both!!

Absolutely horrible experience. They left a huge hole in the wall. They did not complete the installation. They left and never came back. Everything about their service was pathetic.

Norman is easy going as can be. He showed me where our shut off valve for our outside house is. And was able to successfully shut it off for me in freezing weather!
