This company is absolutely outstanding! They demonstrated exceptional attention to every detail of the work, provided a clear and fair estimate and maintained cleanliness throughout the entire process. Most importantly, job done and done right. Highly recommend!!

LD Smith did a new sump pump line for us after the last one developed a blockage. Their strategy to run the new line was excellent and they executed the installation extremely well. All of the guys were very friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. This is our new “go to” plumbing contractor!

Mason did an excellent job replacing our water heater and a new water softener. Installation. He is experienced and professional and a very nice person.

Naturally, items break on weekends. Our water heater started leaking Friday night. My husband put a bucket underneath and said wait until Monday to call. I went ahead and called Saturday morning. An LD Smith plumber answered, said he was in the area and could stop by in an hour. He arrived in an hour, reviewed the situation and assured us since it was a slow leak we could wait until Monday. He ordered the size we needed. I called first thing Monday morning. I was told the plumber had our new water heater and would be out midday to install. Since the water heater was still under warranty we only had to pay for the installation. No additional charge for the Saturday visit. Quick and easy and polite service. Highly recommend LD Smith.

Do not use these unprofessional plumbers, unless you want to be overcharged for a job halfway done, and have to spend a lot of time cleaning up afterwards.
We just had LD Smith plumbing out to do a tankless hot water heater flush and I couldn't be more unhappy and unsatisfied. First of all, it was very expensive for what we needed, but i figured since they were already here, i would have them go ahead and do the work. $299 for a hot water heater flush is about 2-3X what I've paid in the past, and this included the "discount" for signing up for their annual maintenance plan (unfortunately i won't get to take advantage of the benefits of the plan, because these guys will never be allowed in my house again).

In my experience doing a flush usually takes 1-2 hours, including all of the hook ups, flushing, disconnecting, etc. Austin, the technician. and his partner were at my house for an hour total, including giving me an estimate for the flush and another repair. The entire flush that they did took less than 25 minutes, and they left a huge mess for us to clean up after they left. Everything near the water heater was soaked with water and there were pools of water on the floor. They also splashed water on other parts of the floor in the mechanical room, dripped water on the carpet outside the mechanical room, left a trail of drips on the hardwood floor on their way out of the house. This was all on top of the boot prints that are all over the floor. It would appear that they left their shoe covers on when they walked outside to get supplies
When i called the office to complain about all of this, the plumbing manager was on the phone with another customer, and he was supposed to call me back. I waited 20 minutes and then called back again. This time I got to speak to Shawn the plumbing manager. I informed him of my complaints, and he said he would look into it and call me back. He also informed me that a flush could take between 30 minutes and an hour depending on how long it had been since the last flush (it had been 2 years and the tech was aware of that). When he called me back, all he would offer was to send another technician back out to make sure the job was done correctly. I informed him that I wanted at least a partial refund and that I didn't want anyone else from LD Smith Plumbing in my house. He said he could not do any sort of refund, and that all he could offer was someone else to come out. Unfortunately that is where we left it. My wife and I have spent significantly more time cleaning up the mess they left than the total time LD Smith was here doing the job.

I reached out to Home Heroes Plumbing in regards to some plumbing issues I was having. I first spoke with Ashley, who by the way, was extremely friendly and helpful. The technician that Ashley sent out today, Ben, was very informative and helpful. He was able to assess the problem, which wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. I was very pleased with Ben and Dan, as well. I highly recommend them and I will continue to do business with them, if I ever experience any other issues.

A True Lifesaver! Home Heroes Plumbing is Exceptional!
My wife and I recently had a plumbing nightmare, and thanks to Home Heroes Plumbing, it turned into an incredibly positive experience. I waited about three months before writing this review to ensure everything was truly resolved, and I can confidently say that Home Heroes deserves every bit of praise.
Around three months ago, we faced a major plumbing issue. Another company came out and, after a brief inspection, gave us a terrifying estimate of at least $20,000, claiming we needed an entirely new septic system and that they'd have to dig up our enclosed back porch to even access the pipes. We were floored and incredibly stressed.
Fortunately, we decided to get a second opinion and called Home Heroes Plumbing. Chad, from Home Heroes, arrived promptly. He was incredibly thorough and, unlike the first company, took the time to genuinely investigate the problem. To our immense relief, Chad quickly identified the actual issue. It turns out we did NOT need a new septic system, and our enclosed back porch was completely safe!
Chad and his boss went above and beyond. They replaced the drain pipes under the house and expertly ran a new drain line through the wall directly to the septic tank, bypassing the back porch entirely. The total cost for this professional and accurate repair? A mere $3,000!
It's been three months since the repair, and everything has been working absolutely perfectly. We are so incredibly grateful to Chad and the entire team at Home Heroes Plumbing. They saved us from being severely taken advantage of by a less-than-honest company, not to mention saving us a massive amount of money and unnecessary construction.
For anyone looking for plumbing services, I cannot recommend Home Heroes Plumbing enough. Their service is quick, their estimates are accurate, and their pricing is incredibly fair. Most importantly, their honesty and professionalism are truly heroic.

Sam done an amazing job, he was very detailed in my issue and explained everything so I understood. I needed additional things done which scared me thinking it was going to cost a fortune, but the prices are extremely low/reasonable added with my discount. I am extremely happy. They also followed up with me afterwards making sure everything was working properly and I was happy. Exceptional customer service hands down.

Home Heroes has been excellent to work with. They were prompt to get me scheduled for service review and accommodating for scheduling change requests I had. Cody was thorough and detailed with his recommendations based on the two plumbing jobs I needed to get done and explained options really well. They worked with me on pricing and quickly got me scheduled for install the next day. Cody and Darryl got everything installed with a high focus on quality. It was a complex job including plumbing reroutes and tankless hot water heater install. They did a great job and a week later everything is working great. I also appreciated the time they took to talk through and show the work they did, how to operate everything and making sure I understood maintenance requirements too. They were top notch. My entire experience with Home Heroes from start to finish has been exceptional and this is definitely who I will be using for all my future plumbing needs.

My 22 year old Carrier/Bryant AC system ceased to make cold air. I called and made an appointment on that miserably hot day, and Chad came out and did a full system inspection. Indeed, capacitor was bad, and the fan motor was on its last legs. Chad gave me a clearly explained assessment and my options, and I chose repair. He ordered the parts right then on Tuesday, and although I was scheduled for service on Thursday, the parts came in from out of town on Wednesday and Sam and Fernando came out and did the service. They didn't even mind that I watched (that freaks out some other HVAC companies) and got it up and running in an hour. My house was at 95F upstairs, and it really felt great to feel that cold air coming from the vents again.
All the gentlemen were very professional and articulate, and during the brief time in my home wore the booties to not track in outside debris. All in all, I am very pleased with their service, communication, and performance of duties. I'll have the company back for any future services, although I hope that's not for a long while. Special thanks to Ashley for a quick answer to a question that I had early on.

Home Heroes was truly a professional experience. The communication was top notch, and the plumber was very prompt and explained what needed to be done thoroughly.

I had a few plumbing problems, and I called another plumber (Hope Plumbing) and it didn't go well. I will post that disaster in another review. I looked on the Nextdoor app and Home Heroes had a really good rating. I thought I would give them a try. They exceeded my expectations!!!!!!! They are polite, courteous, on time, and they don't give you "Suprises" you know what you are paying for up front, and they give you options to decide what is best for you. You can even buy your own fixtures if you had something you wanted. The price was VERY reasonable. The first place I called (Hope Plumbing) was 3x the cost. More on that disaster later in another review. Don't hesitate to call these people for plumbing problems. They are your best option.

From start to finish, our experience with Home Heroes Plumbing Heating & Air was absolutely outstanding. Everyone involved was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. The technician who provided our estimate and ultimately completed the sump pump discharge to the storm drain ditch was truly exceptional. He and his colleague worked tirelessly all day long, even in the grueling 90-plus degree heat, to ensure the job was done perfectly. We couldn't be more appreciative and happy with the results. I highly recommend Home Heroes for their excellent service!

Sam and Fernando came to help fix my AC unit today. They showed up at the expected time, explained everything that was wrong, and fixed the problem quickly. They made sure I knew the price before doing any work, which was appreciated. Above all else, everyone at Home Heroes was a pleasure to work with. It was my first time using them, and it won’t be the last.

Fernando and Chad had my system up and running in no time. Chad found a pretty big problem the first day he came out. Both of the guys were respectful and personable. I’ll be sticking with this company for the future.
