I call this morning and by 9:30am the service technician was here! When he arrived he introduced himself, was attentive to my needs, and asked questions to get the job done quickly. I was given the estimate and was very surprised thinking it would cost me more! I could not recommend these guys any more and will not hesitate to call them when the next situation arises. Thanks again for being a good and fair company and more importantly, nice humans!

Kevin was great! Our garbage disposal wasnt broken, it just flipped a switch that we didn’t know about. We weren’t charged for the service call. We will definitely call with any future needs.

Travis was friendly and professional. He came out to inspect a leak in my garage that turned out to be the water heater. On the day before Thanksgiving. I thought I’d have to wait until Monday, but he was able to replace it today! Home Heroes is great company to do business with.

On time, professional, and courteous. Their on-call scheduler helped me get something set up over the weekend so the problem was addressed first thing Monday morning. Chad and Fernando were a great team and worked quickly to diagnose a problem and suggest a maintenance item while they were doing the repair. Highly recommend

Bryan came to figure out why our basement water tasted differently than our main floor water. He was able figure it out and he and Dan made great recommendations on how to resolve the issue. I will continue to use and highly recommend Home Hero for plumbing issues

I had them install three toilets, a sink, and a water softener. I thought I would be throwing them a curveball with the water softener. I wanted it in a particular location that would make it easy for me to load the salt, but I knew it would be tricky because there wasn’t a convenient place for the water softener to drain into. It was no big deal to them at all. I’d definitely recommend them!

Let me start by saying that I have dreaded having our outside faucet taken care of. It had unfortunately been over torqued and inevitably cracked the seal inside the wall. A lot of the companies I had talked to left me with an uneasy feeling. The prices seemed really high and it felt like they were instantly trying to sell me stuff as well. I'm a firm believer that you need to fix the initial issue that is being contracted before you start selling somebody on new items.

Incomes Home Heroes Plumbing. After doing a lot of research, I came across this amazing company which had over 600 incredibly positive reviews. I filled out an interest in service form and had Ashley, who I would later find out is the owner, give me a call. I was instantly sold from the first conversation. She was incredibly thorough, transparent, and set me at ease. I knew what every step in this process was going to look like and what to expect.

The morning of the appointment, I received a call from the service manager, Dan, and he had me give him some extra details for his service guys and he also did a great job listening to some of the issues I have had with external plumbing and the fact that we only have one external faucet. He made sure to emphasize the fact that his guys were coming out for free to look at the original faucet anyways and that it would cost nothing for them to take a look at the setup of my house and see what it would look like to add an additional spigot on the opposite side.

When the service technician showed up (Cody and Brian), they were very friendly, professional, and took time to make sure they had answered any and all questions I had. They also walked me through their thoughts on what should be done and why. Once they took their photos and sent them back to their service manager, I was then called by Dan to walk me through what pricing would look like. Here's where the major surprise came in. Not only was the pricing to replace the broken faucet really good, Dan mentioned that he would be more than happy to have the guys run the line and install a secondary one at a aggressive discount. (An important thing to note here is that I do not have a finished basement. So all of my pex lines were exposed and easily accessible in the basement. This made the job significantly easier and therefore a better price as well. )

Dan let me know that it would probably take Cody 2 to 3 hours to get it done. Boy was he wrong. These guys were in and out of here in less than an hour and a half. Not only were they quick, they were decisive, quiet, professional the whole time, and really really proficient at the task. I seriously cannot overstate how great these guys were at walking me through what it was that they were doing and why they were doing it, and giving information on how to manage the setup on my own.

At the end of all of it, I had made a joke about how this couldn't be real life because it feels like no businesses in 2025 seem to actually care about their customers and that working with this company was so unbelievably refreshing. I told them it would be the first review I would be writing instantly. They then asked if I would be okay with having a small yard sign up and I agreed. They then told me they would give me an additional discount for writing that review and allowing the sign to be up in my yard. That was totally unexpected and honestly wasn't really necessary, but I am absolutely grateful for the additional care.

If you are needing some plumbing services, I highly highly recommend using Home Heroes. Local Fishers business and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed in your service. Absolutely ecstatic customer and I will be using them for anything I need going forward.

Brian was a professional and efficient technician, and Dan, the service manager, was very informative and pleasant to work with. We have not had great experiences with other HVAC companies but working with Home Heroes was top-notch.

Bryan did all the work for me, the man knows his job, very informative customer service from everyone at the company especially Bryan, and detail oriented!! He repaired my in wall water leak and replaced my 1950’s toilet with a new one that looks great. Absolutely will have Brian and Home Heros do future work for me. Customer service is top notch.

Home Heros came out to repair a toilet and install a new one. Office staff very friendly and informative. Kyle and Cody were very professional, polite and did a great job. They were very clear in what the problem was and what my options were. Very satisfied!

I can’t say enough good things about Home Heroes. I was a little hesitant because I’ve heard to avoid companies that are both plumbing and HVAC, but there was nothing to worry about there. We had a leak causing ceiling damage and they were amazing from the start. Dan, the owner, personally communicated with me at every step and ensured that we understood our options. At no point did we feel “upsold” or charged unnecessarily—in fact he discounted/waived the cost of several services since they were doing them all in one trip, saving us about $800. Travis came out and couldn’t have been more professional, competent and kind. You get the sense they are actually kind human beings who care about doing things the right way. They clearly take care of their people and are a true local business with principles that haven’t sold out to the “big guys.” Won’t use anyone else now!

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule an estimate and the work that followed. They were happy to check in (phone/text/email) to make sure questions got answered. Reasonable cost that was a bit lower than other estimates (we were offered a discount based on previous contact with the company, which was appreciated). Travis was great during install, friendly and efficient and left everything looking great. It’s getting so much harder to find smaller, locally owned businesses that focus on providing good customer service that keeps your current equipment running well vs upselling something you don’t actually need. Would definitely call them again for other work!

I've had some terrible experiences with HVAC companies. Home Heroes came out today, did a tune up and checkup on my system. They provided pictures, a good description of the work and solid communication. I was so imprssed I signed up for the maintenance package.
