Totally disappointed. Went in to get a plumbing part. Was told the person who could help was gone on lunch. Took my number and said she would have her call me. Never received a call. When I called to speak to her, I was told she had left for the day. And would call me the next day . The excuse they gave was she was swamped. After wasting time thinking she would return the call the other plumbing supply place had closed Therefor I have to go the night without water. I even told them that I was currently with water, so I would of thought they knew it was important. Would of just rather they had been honest and said we cannot help you. I went there due to the fact that years earlier they had the exact part I needed. Poor customer service. Maybe if I was reminding the whole bath I would of got a return call. Would not recommend !!!!!

When I went in to Plumbers Supply to place an order for a bathroom shower head and kitchen faucet, the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable. I was told that the parts would take 3 weeks to arrive. Two and a half months later, I still don’t have them even though I paid up front for everything. I’ve made multiple calls and received promises that they would check and get back to me. It has now been a week since the last promise with no call back. Overall, the parts were more expensive than the same parts on line and the follow up on customer service is terrible.

We chose Plumbers Supply for our entire makeover of a condo with 3 baths and a kitchen. We received excellent expertise and service from both of the reps - suzanne and Kari. Their knowledge and advice was very helpful and valuable as we navigated thought the process. They have all the top brands and prices were competitive. Highly recommend!

I've used plumbers supply many times over the past several years for updating fixtures in my home (toilets, sinks, faucets, etc.). Each time I have received exceptional customer service & high quality products. The team is very knowledgeable and always seems to have my best interests in mind. Additionally, I have sent friends to see Kari and Suzanne in the showroom for remodel projects, and they were well taken care of as well. Highly recommend!

We were doing a bathroom remodel at our home and discovered a display for Swanwall tub and shower walls at a nearby big box store. No one at the store was very knowledgeable about the product. We were told to go online to learn about it and get our questions answered. After calling Swan in frustration, I was directed to their local rep who recommended I visit the Plumbers Supply Showroom in Fishers, IN. There I got excellent assistance from Shelley Plymale who knew the product and was able to help me spec out what was needed for our project. She also made recommendations for a Kohler tub and others items. We placed an order and now our remodel is complete thanks to Shelley’s professional assistance.

The Plumber's Supply Showroom has it all. I really enjoy the interactive displays along with the many varieties of plumbing accessories to browse. Shelley is one of the most knowledgeable reps that I have ever interacted with and she takes her time to answer all of my questions in depth and she is even better at troubleshooting complicated problems or issues! Replacing the old valve was more difficult than we thought. It was expensive, over $400

Kurt was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient on our outside sprinkler system. Second time for LD Smith at our place and they have a very good record and reputation. Also recommended by our other plumber that prefers to stick to inside jobs.

I dealt with 3 different LD Smith employees and they were all excellent. They did a great job.
