Disappointed, Jason. Alto I explained 2 issues in detail on phone b4 you came, you had a different opinion when you came to house. Told me you are "too old" and don't do that anymore re blocked floor drain in util rm. Why didn't you tell me that b4 you came? You unplugged water softener, I turned thermostat to 78 for minimal run and water runoff of A/C. Still water leaking onto carpet and too hot in house. Thanks.
You told me on phone, kit sink needed to be vented when I told you about burping drain w pvc pipe for 2 yrs. You went under sink, claimed drain pipe was not installed correctly ( worked w no issue x15yrs) and rearranged configuration of drainpipe. It changed nothing. I am still needing to burp drain w pvc pipe as prob is not fixed. I am disappointed in you and feel taken advantage of. When you stood there, trying to convince me water was draining better in kit sink, when it clearly was not, I saw that you were blowing smoke.
I am not a dumb old lady , this is my 15th home in 6 states, just trying to get by, on single person fixed income amidst rising cost of everything. I wasted $219 and have same problems. Now need to pay another business to deal w utility rm water overflow, b4 laminate gets warped in living rm.

Professionalism, Quality, Value, and Long-term relationship

I was very pleased with all aspects of All Pro Plumbing, and I would not take the time to shop around in the future because all my needs were met plus the work was fair and reasonable and the materials and equipment of good quality. Jason is a good plumber and businessman, a licensed professional with extensive experience, willing to discuss the work at any level of detail and to explain what is going on today but also for the future, and he is local to me. Communication from start to finish was very clear and understandable, and Jason was a good listener in terms of my particular interests and focal points, while making sure every aspect of the work was also up to his own standards. I liked the fast and clear communication, the adaptability for scheduling, the professional work and materials/equipment, and the clean-up after.

We've been working with AllPro for over 6 years, and keep coming back when we have a plumbing issue we can't handle. Jason has installed faucets, valves, sump pumps with backups, and most recently a new water heater. He's professional with his quality work, good communication, promptness, and upfront and fair pricing. He's always willing to take the time to teach about maintenance and things I can look out for, and is not going to pressure you to buy something that doesn't need fixed!

We’ve been using Jason for a few years now and won’t go anywhere else. We’ve used him for every kind of plumbing need (sump pump, water heater, water softener, faucets). He’s responsive, fair priced, does a great job and really gives the details on what’s going on with the issue. Won’t find anyone better.

I purchased a water softener thinking I could install it,,, given the house was built with hook ups.
Nope.
Jason came out gave me a very fair price and got the softener hooked up and running.
It’s nice to get fair pricing vs the big guys who just start out high and hope u accept and then you try to negotiate. Calling a plumber shouldn’t be like buying a car but it often is with big guys.
I will just call All Pro from now on.

They were fast and thorough in taking care of my house. I was able to go on my planned vacation and have them do the work while I was away.

Very high priced for the work he did .charged me 200.00 hundred dollars and it only took him 30 minutes to do the job very high priced for what he did. Would not recommend him to anyone for plumbing jobs.

Contracted Service 1 Plumbing for some last minute plumbing repairs recently. Excellent and timely service. I will not contact another plumbing service again. Highly recommended.

Mike has come out a few times now for a variety of projects. He's always prompt and responsive. I always feel like I'm getting quality work for a fair price.

Mike is very prompt with his response to service request. I had him to fix my water heater. Mike came within 30 minutes and he fixed it within an hour. Very pleased with the service and very reasonable pricing.
